After your plane safely landed, you got your things and got yourself a taxi so you could get to your home. Luckily your parents didn't live too far away from where you were so it hopefully wouldn't too late by the time you got there.

"Thank you. Keep the change" you said before getting out of the car

You walked up to the front door that was on the porch. You noticed how festive the outside of your house looked like. She had pine cone-like candles on the table next to the set of chairs. You also noticed a wreath with leaves, pinecones, and acorns on it. Your mom always like going on decorating for any festive occasion.

"She always likes decorating around this time. She went all out this time."

You knocked on the door hoping not everyone was asleep. No one answered so you tried again. You tried to see if the door was locked and it wasn't so you slowly opened the door.

"Mom? Dad? Kai?"

"Welcome home nerd!" you heard someone say behind your back also hugging you

"Put me down! You know you almost gave me a heart attack.!"

"Ha, sorry sis. I'm just really happy to see you! It's been forever since I saw you."

That was my sister. She was one of the edgiest people I knew. She had long ombre hair, with the colors Red and Blue. Mom and Dad wasn't always a fan of how she because they thought she was being a bad influence on me, but she wasn't. I always looked up to her because of her aesthetic, she was a cool big sister I would never want to give up.

"You saw me in June and its...November."

"Five long months!"

"Whatever! Are mom and dad here?"

"No, they went to the store to get dinner and groceries"

"Ok, I just go upstairs and unpack."

"Mind if I help you?"

"No, you can come"

Your POV :

As I was putting some things away in my old room, I noticed my sister reading a book. A book that looked very familiar, IT WAS MY DIARY.

"KAI WHY ARE YOU READING MY DIARY??!!"

"Because there's nothing else for me to do. It turns out my boring little sister has a very eventful life."

"Shut up. How much have you read?"

"I only made it to the middle...who's the Jimin guy your talking about?"

"That's none of your business!"

"Do you like him?"

"Like I said, it's none of your business."

"Come on Y/n, I'm your older sister. In case you haven't noticed big sisters like talking to their little sisters about girl stuff. Plus, I've been through way much more stuff than you have."

"Like what?"

"Underaged drinking, bar fights, maybe even a little vaping, making out with strangers, one night stands...shall I go on?"

"No! I think you've explained enough. You seriously did all that stuff?"

"Well, some of this stuff I did in high school and some I did in college. But I'm older now and I've learned from my mistakes"

That's one thing I loved about my sister. Growing up she was always the badass I wish I was. Instead, I was the straight-A teacher's pet who was the angel child. I wish I had a rebellious bone in my body. But sadly I don't.
