Ch.23 Announcement

Today was the day of my and Taehyung's date. This time I wasn't nervous, I was excited. But this excitement was different than the last date I had. I knew Tae and I knew he would never try to hurt me intentionally. I wasn't even worried if the date was going to go bad. Taehyung is a very interesting person, and that means that date won't be boring.

Me and Taehyung wanted our date to be a secret. We wanted to take our time and see if we're actually meant to be together before announcing anything. We also wanted to keep this a secret because we weren't sure how the boys would take it if we said we were going on a date.

It was a Friday evening, you had put on your favorite outfit on and got ready. By the end your hair was curly, natural makeup was on since you hate drastic makeup, and your favorite pair of shoes were on. You were ready to go. After you walked out of your room Tae was sitting on the couch waiting for you. The second he looked up his jaw dropped. He was amazed at how beautiful you were, he was even more shocked you gave him the chance to go on a date with him.

*clears throat* "Are you ready to go?"

"Ready as I'll ever be."

"So, where are we headed today?" he asked while driving

"Let's go out to that new frozen yogurt place."

"You got it."

Inside the place...

"What flavor do you think you're going get? There are so many flavors."

"I'm getting the 'very berry' if that's what you call it."

"I think I'll get the 'tango mango' flavor" (sorry for the cringey names)

"I don't think I'll get too many toppings. But you can get as many as you want."

"You sure? Some of them are really expensive."

"Remember when I told you if we ever go on a date everything will be about you? I meant that, get what you want."

Y/n couldn't help but blush. College was turning out so different than Y/n expected. She thought she wasn't going to be with anyone, but look where she is now. Maybe it was finally her time to shine.

"And that'll be ₩ 23,350.36 ($21.45), sir." (You got a lot of toppings)

"Where do you want to eat?"

"Outside. It looks like a beautiful day."

"Does your hair always look this good in the wind?"

"Come again?"

"Your hair. It's really pretty and your hair looks like those models in hair commercials."

"Thank you for the compliment."

"Any time. I've always have wondered what you personally liked to do in your spare time."

"I love to draw, even when I'm not the greatest artist when it comes to it and I also cook/bake when I can if Jin lets me."

"That's nice."

"What do you do in your spare time then?"

"Not much, I'm either studying, going out with the boys or messing with the boys just to get a good laugh."

"I see.*Takes a huge piece, (of frozen yogurt) leaving some on your top lip"
