She laid in bed while whispers floated around her.
Lost melodies glided around the filled emptiness of her dimly lit room.
Her eyes feel heavy and her body follows with the weight of what seems to be the world crushing her already broken bones.
She closes her eyes and caresses her her own cheek the why her grandma did when she was little.
Once again she realizes she's facing this alone.
She is pushing the tears away and the comfort comes from her own company.
If only she would speak.
Her hand falls like a speck of dust, silent and gentle.
She is to face her mind once more.
Alone.
Do not worry she is use to it. Honestly she is happy and well treated. She has overcome this battle on numerous occasions. She will come out beaten and tired but she will come out. The thing about this is no matter how happy, how loved, how wonderful things are. This battle will never end. Nights like this will always find her. Nights like this will always make her stronger.
