Luke's Pov:
I woke up the next morning next to Samantha.
"Morning!" She exclaims.
"Morning." I groan
"We need to talk.." She drags on.
"About.." I question hoping it's not about the kiss.
"It's about us umm kissing.."
Fuck. I knew this was coming.
"Oh right that..well abou-"
She cuts me off.
"Luke..it wasn't your fault, it was mine I'm sorry I kissed you, It honestly didn't mean anything. You're my best friend not anything more. I'm sorry if you felt awkward."
I had a feeling she didn't feel anything I'm just not her type. Sadly.
How could I think she had any feelings. I did pull away from the kiss because I knew she was upset, she was crying all the time.
"Luke?"
She snapped me out of my thoughts.
"Oh sorry, um yeah I definitely feel the same way. That's why I pulled away yesterday because I knew." I lied.
"Great, we're on the same page."
We hugged and she took off to get in the shower.
Just great.
I walked downstairs and into the guest bathroom to take a shower.

Samantha's Pov:
I got out of the shower and walked downstairs.
"Oh..Sammie is that you?"
"Oh my hi Liz!"
"I had a feeling someone was here other than Luke."
I chuckled.
"Yeah, sorry that I didn't ask if I could stay over."
"No, no no it's fine, as long as you guys know the rules for sleeping arrangements."
"Oh yeah yeah yeah, we know" I say quickly.
"Great."
"Liz..?"
"Yeah hun?"
"Do you think I could stay here for awhile?" I quietly say.
"Oh yeah sure is everything okay?"
"Yeah, I'm just having a rough time so um Luke has been helping.."
"Okay, but you are always welcome to stay okay you lived here before so there shouldn't be any problem for you not to stay awhile." She smiles.
"Thank you!"
"You're welcome sweetie.."
I smile.
Luke soon comes up behind me and pokes my sides which makes me squeal.
"Luke!" I yell.
He chuckles.
"Luke..?" Liz calls
"Yeah mum?"
"Your dad and I are going out so please be back home by 10 if you're going out not like 12 in the morning. Okay?"
"Okay mum."
"So what are you guys up to today?"
"Sam?" Luke asks
