Chapter 15: The Discussion

It was pure chaos for a while. Everyone was terrified of what had just happened. Lindy turned into a giant dragon, and broke the window. The cutter was hit by her wing, and his arm came flying off and hit a lady of the court. She fainted and knocked a man down, who hit his head and passed out. Everyone panicked and started running. I stood there, staring at the pool of Mycket's blood.

After the chaos was gone, the king called me "Jack come in my office," I did, "What is it that you wanted to tell me?"

"I want to continue to live in the human realm." I stated. I knew I probably couldn't, but it didn't hurt to try.

"Why would you ever want to do that?" He asked.

"I have friends there, and I don't want to leave them."

"You can't be there all the time though."

"Maybe we could work something out?" I offered.

"Like what?"

"I could go there every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. And come here every Sunday and Saturday. I could be on a 'observing the humans' mission." I hoped he would say yes.

"I guess so. I'll make it official tomorrow."

"Thank you Your Majesty." I bowed and left the room.

Okay everyone, please don't hate Jack, he'll redeem himself soon. And Mycket will be okay, he just won't ever be able to fly again. He'll be fine with it though.
