"So are you my mommy's boyfriend now?"

"Well let's see!  Jessica, will you be my girlfriend?"

Jessica smiles and bounces up and down.
"I'd love to!"

"Yay!  Now kiss again!"

Danny and Jessica both chuckle and give each other a quick kiss.

"This is so cute!  I'm jealous!" Sarah says.

"Hey!  I'm right here!" Her husband says.

"I love you, Theo!" Sarah giggles.

Jessica was sitting down holding Danny's hand that was resting in her lap.
It was like they were suddenly glued to each other.

"Mommy, was this a good birthday?"

"This was the Best birthday, baby!"

Danny smiles and kisses her temple.
Jessica turns to him with a smile and softly pecks his lips.

"Twenty four is going to be awesome!"

Monday.

"Good morning, Daniel!"

"Good morning, Jessica!"

Jessica giggles and gives him a hug.

"We can say that in public now!"

Danny chuckles and kisses her lips.

"Uh, did I miss something?" One of the nurses says.

"We're kind of a thing now!" Danny smirks.

Jessica laughs and taps his cheek.

"Daniel won my heart."

"She knows she's always wanted me!"

"Ah!" Jessica laughs.

"This is disgusting."

"Shove it, Nancy!" Veronica nudges her.

"You get to work, Dr. Huston." Jessica lightly pats his back.

"You too, Ms. Lange." Danny smiles and rubs her back.

Danny walks to his office and Jessica goes over to the front desk.

"You lucky bitch!" One of the nurses says.

"I know!" Jessica giggles.

"He's lucky too, Jessie's gorgeous!  Oh my gosh you guys are going to make beautiful babies!"

"Woah slow down there!  We've just started dating!  We've never even been on a date! Yeah we're friends so we've hung out but Bryn or his nieces and nephew have been there every time. We've never been alone."

"You're lucky that Bryn knows and loves him so much already. You don't have to go through the weird faze of introducing her to someone new."

"I know, and he's really great with her.
.. I'm just really happy and I hope it lasts.. Ive never had this happiness before."

"Aw!" Veronica hugs her tightly.

"This is the turn around, honey. You are getting what you truly deserve.. even though I wish I were the one that won the handsome.. sexy doctor's heart!" She says making Jessica laugh.

During lunch Danny and Jessica went to the cafeteria to eat.

"So.. I was wondering if you would go on a date.. with me.." Danny blushes.
