I know I have a disgusting mind for someone my age but you know what they say: innocence doesn't last forever. There really is no point in teaching children not to curse in their youth when they'll grow up using them anyways.
Fuck this! Fuck that! Fuck me ;)
It all just rolls off my tongue. I probably whisper them in my sleep without even knowing it.
But of course, I can't say it in front of my parents too much or i'll get an bad ass whoopin'. They'll let it slide only when I feel too upset/mad and couldn't control my potty mouth.
I would have expected the dirtiest from my priest. Calanders with meetings set on several days? I'd thought he was trying to get some with the neighborhood dilfs and milfs but turns out that he's discussing the parent's kids instead of touching em'.
How would I know this if I weren't invited to the meeting? Let me tell you a little something about eves dropping... i'm a sneaky little bitch.
I tip toed over the wooden bench right outside Father Benjamin's office and placed my ear on the little gap between the door and the door frame. The church is pretty old. Doors start to break a little. A gap just the right size for me.
Sometimes when daddy Ben is in his office, I peak into the gap to see what he'a doing. God forbid if he ever masturbated but he's such a fucking... I don't know how else to say it- PRIEST. Oh lord how can anyone be this pure. Especially for an old man like him, i'd expect otherwise.
I listened closely to the conversation. My mom seems to be a little upset. My dad seems to be pretty optimistic dispite the bad vibes. What could Father Benjamin had told them to make them react thi way about me... I hope it's not too bad. I'm not a horrible kid.
"Oh lord, are you sure??" my mom speaks, a quivering tone in her voice.
"Ah, i'm sure alright" Father Benjamin says flatly. "Look, Gavin is not a bad kid. He's just..."
You talkin' shit?
"-pessimistic."
Okay, I have to agree with him there.
"We understand, but are you sure he isn't happy? Not a slight of joy in our little boy?" My dad jumps in, hands rubbing on my mom's shoulder to calm her down.
My priest shakes his head slightly. "I know it's hard. A kid his age should be happy. Enjoying their childhood to the fullist and having fun with friends. Gavin... erm... has no friends."
Damn right.
"I'm no therapist. But from what I can see, I think he'll need to bond with the other choir boys some more. Maybe set up a play date with one of the choir boys so he doesn't feel so lonely all the time."
God please, anyone but fucking Tommy.
"It's because of the videogames!" My mom frowns. "It's that stupid Fort-morning that's making him isolated himself like a complete loner! I'm shutting off his X-box when we get home."
Bitch first of all, it's Fortnite. Second, nOT MY XBOX NOOO!!
The first thing I did after that was hop off the bench and run for the car. I have to get home before they do. There is no fucking way they are going to take away my videogames.
But life doesn't always go the way you want it to. Just as i'm running for the main door of the church, my collar gets yanked and I realize it's my dad who's holding me back. He's like fucking Dash from Incredibles. One second, he's in the office. Next second, he's on my tail.
"Where so you think you're going, young man?" My dad laughs. He lets go of my collar and I cross my arms and stare at the ground in fury. He pinches my cheeks and grabs my hand. My mom is walking along side us. "We walk to the car as a family."
I turn around and wave goodbye to Father Benjamin. Seems like he has another parent meeting right after ours. I guess he forgot to write it on the Calander.
When we got to the car, mommy buckled my seatbelt in the back seat and dad started the engine. I stare out the window in boredom and the car moves and trees pass by.
After a good ten minutes, my dad coughs. "So... Gavin-"
"Please don't ruin my life" I interrupted.
"We gave you life, be grateful" my mom says out of nowhere.
"Anyways..." dad said. "We heard that you've been really down in choir. So, how about we set you up a play date with someone?"
"Play dates are for little five year olds" I scoffed.
"You're closer to five than you are twenty" my dad argued. "Enough of that. You're having your play date whether you like it or not. If it gets too overwhelming, just call either mommy or daddy and we'll come pick you up, got it?"
Hold the phone. Please don't tell me that I have go to go to their house. Why can't they just come to mine?? I honestly hate this. Being at someone else's house fucking sucks. You can't take whatever you want from the fridge, you can't make a little mess, you can't do whatever you want basically. The worst part: having to ask where the bathroom is and end up getting lost when you really need to use it bad.
"Fine" I ended up saying anyways. "But i'd probably call you the second I step foot at this kid's house."
My mom turns around from the front seat and smiles at me. "Oh it won't be so bad. Tommy will make sure you feel comfortable in his house."
Fuck.
"I'm sure Tommy will love having me over" I said sarcastically. This is why I shouldn't jinx it. But no worries... i'm not complaining anymore. That skank Tommy better have rat poison and a billion legos in his closet because i'm gonna have lots of fun.
Lots.
And lots of fun.
