True Love: A One Direction Fanfiction

Chapter Seven

Niall's face sinks, his blue eyes tear up.

He says, "Kendall you are my everything!"

I turn my hear to hide the tears. He whirls me around and says "Don't leave me! I need you. You are part of my world now! Without you I am nothing!"

I look him in the eyes, with tears streaming down my face  and say "I am doing this because I love you."

I slide my hand down his cheek and leave. The next day I awkwardly run into Niall at Zayn and Casey's wedding it was a cute little wedding and you can tell they are in love. Niall doesn't look right. He looks more pale and tired. His eyes are not as bright as they used to be. That bothers me. After the wedding and the reception, I go back to my penthouse and go straight to bed.

Two days later I am a emotional mess. I decide that if I won't let myself date Niall, I might as well never date again. My only true love is Niall, but since I love him, I set him free. All I do is vegetate on my couch and cry. I get a call and it's from Carder. I answer it and she asks if I will go to lunch with Her, Harry, Skye, and Louis.I clean myself up slip on a dark green sundress with a brown belt at the waist and brown sandals.

When I arrive at the Rainforest Café, Louis, Skye, Harry, and Carder are already there. I sit down and Carder tells me that the waitress came by and asked for drinks, so she ordered me a coca-cola. I tell her thank you and sit down.

Carder showes me her left hand and says, "Look what happened!"

I look down and she has the biggest diamond ring on her finger.

I smile at her and before I can say anything she squeals "Harry proposed!"

I laugh and tell her congrats. Skye then looks to me and says, "All four of us here have talked and we have decided to do a double wedding, to avoid a lot of paparrazzi's,  and we just want our weddings small and simple. We also want you to be our maid of honor."

I smile tell them that the double wedding sounds awesome and that I would love to be there maid of honor. All four of them smile at me. Then Harry and Louis' faces get serious.

Louis looks at me and says "Kendall, Niall loves you. You are going to have to get past what people say. You deserve him and he needs you now more than ever."

Harry then looks at me and says "Louis is right Kendall, last night he told me that he is going to drink himself to death tonight, that is part of the reason why we called you to come to lunch today."

My face turns pale, and before the waitress even comes back for us to order our food, I tell them I have to go.

I catch a cab and go straight to Niall's penthouse, just passing by mine. I don't even knock I just turn the doorknob and it is unlocked. I walk in and find Niall laying on the floor in his room. I walk over and there are empty beer bottles everywhere. I look to Niall and he looks frail. He is breathing slowly, I try to wake him up, realizing Niall's unconscious.
