I throw my phone across the bathroom as I slide down to the floor. I can feel my eyes beginning to water, and fear start to rise in my stomach. I heard a soft knock on my door and my heart begins to pound faster. I was ready to burst into tears until I heard Zach.
"Hey Sabrina, are you okay?" He asked me
I breathe slowly and try to respond to him normally, "Yeah I'm fine just using the bathroom before we head out." I told him
I didn't hear him answer so I assume he left but I didn't feel like getting up to check. I eventually got up from the bathroom and dried my eyes. I picked up my phone and quickly blocked the number. I walk out making sure that no one was in the room and then walking out to face the mirror and clean my face from the tears and the redness and then grab a cardigan to put on over.
I want to the conjoined doors for the rooms and walk into see them sitting down with everyone looking at Jack and Corbyn and Daniel furious. I also see Zach looking and Jack in irritation and Jonah in shame. Jack's head is hanging low with tears coming out of his eyes. I notice Courtney is playing on Corbyn's phone with headphones in.
"What's going on?" I asked them. They all turned to me and continue to have the same facial expression expect Zach who's turned into one of happiness.
"We're talking about everything that happened yesterday, I think it's time we start heading out though and enjoying the day." Jonah said
"Actually, I think you guys should talk and me and Courtney are gonna get a head start." I said grabbing Courtney up off the floor.
"I don't you should be going out alone, especially because that Charlie guy knows you're here." Jonah said to me before I had the chance to walk out the door.
"Don't worry I was gonna have August come along with us." I told him but before he could say anything else I had closed the door. I walked to August door still carrying Sabrina who still had Corbyn's phone in her hands. I smile to myself a bit and knock on Augusts' door. He opened it quickly with a smile on his face and grabs Courtney out of my hands.
"Someone's in a good mood." I said to August.
"I'm always in a good. I travel the world and pretty much get paid to take pictures. What's there not to be happy about?" He said to me.
"I guess, anyway you wanna come look at the stores with me. I was planning on going with everyone but the boys are talking about something and Jonah doesn't want us going anywhere alone." I said.
"Okay just let me grab a jacket and my room key and we can go." He said and quickly ran inside with Courtney still in his arms and ran back out with his jack and room key in hand.
He put down Courtney when he walked out and I grabbed her hand and we all walked out to the elevator. Courtney had pressed the down button and within a few seconds the elevator was here. Once we stepped inside and the doors had closed august pressed the 1st floor button and we go down. We got to the 1st floor and walked out, passed the looby and outside.
The cold breeze hit all of our faces within seconds of stepping outside. Courtney quickly wraps around August's leg to block the wind from nipping at her nose. He picks her up calls a cab to pick us up and take us to the closest shopping center they have. After getting out I read the sign saying Covent Garden, I was in complete awe, the lights and music was great, it looked like a little town inside of a shopping center.
I look over and see Courtney smiling and as always playing around with August and dancing around to the music, I smile and grab her by the hands and she steps onto my shoes like we used to do at the foster house. She giggles and we continue dancing and playing around and I notice August taking pictures of us and while I normally would've stopped him, I didn't because I was more focused on me and Courtney finally having fun.
