Third person POV

The rest of the night was a blur for the boys and two girls, but they all eventually made it back to their respected dorms, Harry going to his shared quarters with his God fathers near the DADA class room, Gryffindors to Gryffindor tower, (Neville stopping off at Ravenclaw tower to tell Luna about Harry, even though she already knew to an extent) and Slytherins to their dungeons.

The next morning was okay, Harry had no nightmares, and Padfoot was happy for whatever reason. So they made their way to breakfast and everything was smooth. First, Charms with Ravenclaws, then Divination with Hufflepuffs, lunch, and a solid three and a half hours of potions. With Slytherins.

'Lucky me' Harry thought, making his way through the dungeons. His entire day had been smooth, people asking to pet Harry's 'familiar' and what not. But he just had a bad feeling about potions. Professor Slughorn left a few weeks after Professor Lupin came back, so Snape went back to being their potions teacher. Shame, really. Slughorn was nice. Harry actually passed his assignments with Slughorn around.

They sat down in their respective seats, Harry growing anxious at all the eyes on him. Draco sent him a questioning look, and Harry responded with a simple nod and waited for the potions master to enter, and then take fifty points from Gryffindor  for simply breathing. Potter hated Snape and Snape hated Potter; end of. Or was it?

And then it happened. Snape came gliding into the room almost, his robes billowing behind him. "Now students." He drawled out, catching everyone's attention, "You will be making a simple love potion, do NOT test this on your class mates, as they will helplessly splutter who they are attracted to, even if they do not realise themselves yet."

And whispers were heard, one slightly over the rest, "Give it Potter! Listen to him whine about how much he loves Malfoy!" And everyone laughed, even Hermione chuckled, the Gryffindors mainly just  sniggered and grinned, however a few laughed. Harry was burning with embarrassment and Draco wasn't all to pleased.

"Oh shut it Nott!" Draco hissed, turning to his house mate, "Leave him alone!" And silence fell upon the room, Severus wanted to see this unfold, so he sat back and watched it happen, he could stop it quite easily.  "What you gonna do about it, huh?" The taller, less attractive boy sneered. "Oh I dunno." Draco growled. "You should respect your superiors, Nott." And the other boy turned to him, "Maybe we should give it to you, hear you whine about how its unfair that he doesn't live you," and then he put on a fake Malfoy  accent, " 'Oh, Potter with his messy hair and his broom and his stupid scar.' Or whatever you bloody said."

"You don't need to give me a damned potion Nott. I can tell you how I feel about him right here, right now if I wanted to, but I don't, so how about we get back to our potions class and stop arguing." And that was that. The lesson went on normally, without distractions, and Harry's potion was perfect. Like always, but Snape still downgraded him. Bloody snake.
