stars always have fascinated me
the crimson, rose ones
to the carolina blue colored lights in the sky
or the ones that twinkle in your eye when you're amused
the stars you painted on a galaxy canvas each one taking a delicate time to paint on
or maybe the lights hanging around your bed, each one lit up a different color
stars are everywhere
but to me
you are my star
