A story in which a quiet town is home to the quiet girl, A.J. Jones who would do anything for her twin brother. What happens when she meets someone who thinks he would do anything for her.
I slowly started to get use to living at school. Jug told me we weren't really living there though according to him we are only sleeping and storing our clothes there. I heard my phone start to ring so I pushed my covers off of me and started to search for it holding my eyes shut. "Are you sleep walking A.J.?" I heard my brother ask. I opened my eyes laughing softly staring at him leaning on the doorway in his pajamas.
My phone started to ring again and I found it under my pillow. I pulled the answer icon over and pressed my phone to my ear. "A.J. darling do I really have to call you twice?" I laughed as soon as I heard Veronica's voice come through the phone. "Anyways I need you to wear black today so you, Betty, and I can all match for school," I nodded somehow expecting for her to know and hung up.
I pondered what to wear staring at the heap of clothes Veronica bought me. I ended up choosing this:

I planned on wearing my hood over my crop top all day so I wouldn't feel so exposed. "Hurry up Jug, gosh always taking the bathroom for soo long" I said mumbling the last part. The door opened and Jughead walked out with Archie close behind him.
I could feel my breathing get a little fast but I shook it off.He looked at me and smiled softly. "Hey Archiekin's," I slightly giggled at the nickname I gave him like second grade. "Hey Kira" worry sadness and anger fought in him, you could see it through your eyes. "Why didn't you tell anyone guys? You two could've come to my house," Archie suggested. "You and your dad Archie, your kind people but you can't afford two extra people. Besides we're fine here" my brother told him. "Archie you can't tell anyone," Jug said. That was it, anger won.
" CAN'T TELL ANYONE ARE YOU KIDDING ME TWO OF MY BEST FRIENDS ARE LIVING AT THE SCHOOL AND YOU DON'T WANT ME TO TELL ANYONE!" "Archie please" came out of my mouth in a barely audible whisper. He stopped and apologized then looked at me sadly, "I need to go". "Ok"Jughead replied as he looked at me stressed already worrying Archie would tell someone.
The day dragged on it just became fourth block, luckily my free period. I planned on going to Pop's to read a new book I just got, but I got a call from Betty. "Hey B what's up?" "Meet me at my house as soon as possible". I told her ok and hung up. I put my stuff in my locker and ran out the door. My eyes searched the parking lot as I started to worry knowing I wouldn't get there anytime soon and I didn't have a car.
A boy who I couldn't quite decipher parked a motorcycle in front of me. "Hey beautiful need a ride?" I rolled my eyes at the dumb name, but I was desperate. "Yes please" I whispered gaining fear as I noticed the serpent tattoo peaking out of his leather jacket."Huh?" he asked. "Yes please but before will you tell me what your name is?" I asked trying to sound confident, only going with him because I needed to get to Betty.
"Sweetpea and yours?" he questioned. "Akira Jane't ( pronounced Janai.)preferably A.J. or Kira or J. Pretty much whatever you want," I mentally face palmed myself for rambling about my own name. I heard him say I was cute when I rambled then he asked me where I needed to go.
I gave him the directions and within minutes we were there. "Thanks." I whispered. "No problem beautiful," causing me to blush, I hated blushing. As soon as he left Betty ran out telling me to explain all the details after she told me what happened.
"So after Chuck Clayton gave Ronnie a sticky maple we did some searching. We got stories from a lot of girls he did this to, so we went to search for evidence and we found a book. Just about every girl's name is in there each girl has points. They did it with Polly to. But see you come out on top with 15 points as Jughead's sister, you have the highest score. We want to get payback for all the girls on Chuck and his minions. We want to put it in the school paper too," Betty added after Ronnie explained.
"I'm in" I said hating the idea that I was known as shy girl and Jughead's sister. "I need to know though. Di-did he put my name next to his?" I asked hoping they knew I was talking about Reggie. Betty simply nodded while Veronica stared at me sympathetically. "Guys I'm gonna need you two deal with Chuck by yourselves. I've got something I need to work out," they nodded and I threw the door open. I started to walk when reality hit me.
First Archie now this stupid play book. Betty told me I should break up with Reggie but I'm gonna let him explain himself and then decide. I texted Reggie to meet me at pop's while I walked there. I opened the door and went to sit down in a booth. I tried to keep the serpent boy off my mind but it was difficult.
Reggie walked in and sat down in front of me. "Hey babe what's up?" he asked while looking at the menu. "I need to know why you put my name in the playbook Reggie," he looked up at me with no emotion on his face. "They talk about you A.J. all the time. You don't know what it's like. I had to do something to stop it so I put your name in the book as a way to claim you I guess," I slowly nodded trying to process it all.

The next day Ronnie explained what I missed, her and Betty took Chuck to Ethel's house to a hot tub and made him admit what happened. And they posted about it in the blue and gold. They all got suspended including Reggie. Betty kept asking questions about if I broke up with Reggie and when I will, but I don't know if I can. My brain was close to exploding because to many things were happening at once, Jason blossom just died and somehow we're all acting like we're normal. Over time I convinced Jughead to come back to the trailer with me.
