Mentalphorical [Short Poetry]

1️⃣5️⃣8️⃣ Coward

   I've been a fool
   one too many times,
   and too much tears
   have misted my eyes.

   for you've intricately weaved
   one too many lies,
   and I've innocently believed
   more than twice.

   I've been a fool
   one too many times,
   and my heart has died
   one too many lives.

   in all those times,
   I've cried and cried
   but I never dared
   to ask you why.
