1️⃣8️⃣2️⃣ Medalist

the second time we met he said,
"tell me a tragedy".

it didn't take long for me to reply.

"tragedy is when you fought so hard
finding the best guy,
and when you did find him,
you figured the best wasn't good enough.

and so you're stuck in a loop
of finding and disappointing"
