They say don't name or know the name of anything you dont want to be attached to,

but i knew your name,

it sounded like the smell of fresh lavender,

and it buzzed in my brain for hours on hours,

your name would never leave my head,

a name like a disease,

a sweet virus without a cure,

they say a name will make it hard to give up,

to forget,

but easy to regret,

I fell in love with you,

and every time your name was heard from my tiny ears,

I would fall harder,

but now when I hear your name,

its a smell that brings back sweet,

but lost memories,

now I only hear your name from my head,

at three a.m when I think about you,

and how I am dying to hear the of the sound of my name,

leaving your mouth,

but I know your name,

do you know mine?
