Eva's POV

I woke up in a room with the windows wide open sending in the light. I sat up in the bed running my hand through my hair. I looked around the empty room seeing my clothes from last night sitting on a desk. I uncovered myself from the covers seeing myself in an oversized hoodie and nothing else. Swinging my feet off the bed i attempted to stand up but my head started pounding making me sit back down.

Just then the bedroom door opened and Jack appeared with a cup and a pill bottle.

"Hey look who finally woke up." Jack said bringing me a cup of OJ and the pills.

"What happened?" I said as i pop the pill and chugged it with orange juice. I looked at Jacks shirtless body and looked at my halfway undressed body. "Did we-?"

"No." Jack laughed. "Basically you got so drunk you couldn't walk anymore and i offered to take you home but you didn't know want to. So after you passed out i took you here and then i changed you into my hoodie and let you sleep in here while i slept in the guest room." Jack explained.

I shrugged. "Wouldn't be the first time."

"Your phone is on the nightstand. Someone named Emilio called you like 12 thousand times and then texted you another 500 times." Jack said as he took a sip of his OJ.

I checked my phone.

I looked at the most recent text and it was sent 2mins ago.

"Shit." I said hopping out of bed and throwing my hair into a messy bun.

"What happened?" Jack asked confused to why i was in such a rush.

"Do you have like a pair of leggings i can borrow?" I asked as i looked at my clothes from last night.

"Yea i can check in my sisters room." Jack said leaving the room.

He came back with a pair of black leggings and i slid them on my legs. "Thank you." I said as i put on my shoes just as the door bell rung.

My eyes widened and Jack looked at me confused. I grabbed my phone and clothes and ran down the stairs and Jack followed me.

I opened the front door seeing Emilio. Jack opened the door wider and stood behind me.

Emilio's eyes shot right to Jack and glared at him. "Eva we have to go." Emilio snatched my hand but i snatched it back.

"Wait." I said and turned to Jack and put my hand on his face crashing my lips into his. After a quick second i broke the kiss. "Thank you for taking care of me last night and this morning." I smiled and Jack did too. "No problem." He said as he looked into my eyes.

Emilio looked at me with disgust. "Time to go." He said as he snatched my arm dragged me to the car.

"What the fuck!" I said snatching my hand away.

"Oh my god! Can you just shut up and listen to me for once!? I supposed to be your bodyguard not your babysitter! I'm not supposed to be chasing you around and tracking you down everytime you leave the house and you don't tell me! And you don't even care! I practically put my life on the line for you and you could care less! All you care about is parties and boys !" Emilio yelled at me.

"Yea maybe because i don't need someone trailing me everywhere i go! I don't want to have to asked someone my age if i can go to a party or not! And i certainly don't want you following me there!" I argued back. "You act as if you were my parent! You tell me who i can talk to and who i can't, you tell me where i can go! And you show up to peoples house you don't know to come find me! I'm not a dog on a fucking leash!"

Emilio shook his head and walked towards the car but i walked back to Jacks house.

"Your mom came by the house this morning." Emilio yelled from the car.

That caught my attention. My mom only comes around when she needs something or when something is wrong.

"I'll be sure to call her." I said and continued walking towards Jacks house.
