Taking You Out on a Date

---

Nagisa's POV

"Okay everyone, good work for today!"

It was almost past dusk, jeez I lost track of time. So I figured I'd send everyone back home and tell them we'll be having a day-off for tomorrow. That means, no club activities.

We were just lucky for today when our school announced that there are no classes, so we did club activities the whole day.

"Finally! It's over!" Eren was lying on the ground exhausted. But it wasn't just him though. Everyone else were exhausted.

Somehow, looking at them reminds me of our old selves when we had those PE lectures from Korosensei before Mr. Karasuma replaced him. We ended up beating ourselves and get exhausted on the same way.

After all of them managed to recharge and went home, I was the last one to fetch my things in the classroom. The place had a beautiful color in my perspective. It was orange, mixed with other brighter colors, which gives you a sense of peace, and harmony.

But then, I heard footsteps coming from the door which broke my line thought. It turns out it was Kayano waiting for me. I promised her to walk her home earlier, so I told her to stay here for a little bit.

When we finally got out from the wooden building, we walked past the shady street lamps and went down the hill. During at that time, Kayano and I were having a conversation about our young lives, like what we did after graduating college (well except I kept my 'agent' job at night a secret) and everything else we wanted to ask each other.

---

"You're really being serious in training those kids into assassins." Kayano said as we were walking on a side way of a street that I almost forgot that this was where we both walked with each other a long time ago.

"Huh?! You knew that??" I was shocked for a bit there when she noticed what our club activities were truly were.

"Karma told me." She honestly said.

"Oh, I see." I knew it. "So, was there anything else Karma told you?" I didn't mean to ask that.

"No, he only answered me whenever I asked." Kayano said.

For a brief moment there, I wanted to ask, "So, did you ask him something about me?" though I just couldn't bring myself to say it.

"Anyway, enough about me! Let's talk about you! Do you have any questions in mind?" Kayano suddenly changed the subject.

"Huh? Oh um, yeah I got tons of em' actually. Though I don't really know where to start." My mind was instantly bottled up by different kinds of questions, like 'what have you been doing this past year?' and 'is your career doing okay?' and etc. etc.
