Chapter 12

A Broken Blade with a Broken Heart

Nagisa's POV

After running away from Korosensei and the evil goons, I finally made it inside the parliament building. I quickly rushed to the classroom, and once I opened the door, I saw everyone panicking and scared. Some of them were just confused, but some of them were crying.

"Everyone!!" I abruptly shouted after I pushed the door open, even Karma couldn't believe his eyes I could do something like that.

"Nagisa!" Kayano was the first to call my name. The others followed and looked at me, eventually stopping their panic and calmed down.

"Hurry! We have no time!!" Those were the only words I could say at that moment, even after seeing everyone scared.

Everybody got caught off-guard and twitch their eyebrows as confusion swirled around their empty minds. They looked at each other and stuttered.

"What are you talking about, Nagisa?" Isogai asked me.

I wished I have enough time to explain the situation to them, but there wasn't! I have to get them out of here, or else...Korosensei will be...

"There's no time to explain! We've got to get out of here!" I swayed my hands and shouted. But yet again, they stood in confusion. 

Thankfully after that, Karma walked forward and gazes at everyone.

"Come on guys! This is no time to ask questions. This place is dangerous, we have to go!"

Karma unexpectedly shouted after me. The whole class lit up and looked at him, giving them strength to move and flee. Believing that Karma trusted me, we nodded at each other and started to turn to the exit.

But just as we opened the door...

We fell back to the ground and ducked our heads as a projectile smashed through the building walls. It was Korosensei, and from the looks of it, he's in trouble.

We widened our eyes in shock and fear seeing Korosensei getting knocked back by a dark tentacle which proved to be more faster than him.

"Guys, over here!" Isogai shouted without hesitation, showing the class the way out of the room.

We all looked at him as he opened a window on the other side of the room. After he opened it, we immediately ran outside and rushed over Korosensei.

"Korosensei! Korosensei!" shouted every one of us being worried about the situation. 

We didn't stop running towards him until...

"NO STOP!!" Korosensei was knocked on the ground but as the smoke of dust cleared up, we saw him standing up and warned us to stop.

We all stopped on our tracks and stood there, watching as he disappeared from the spot where he was before. We didn't take our eyes off him as we saw him charge into those unidentified figures.

But as a result, he got knocked back again, and ended crashing on the same spot.

"Korosensei!" Shouted the whole class with worried expressions on their faces.

I started to clench my fist as I got so mad that they hurt Korosensei. I looked at the enemy and glared daggers at them.

If only I could do something...
