Chapter 11
Clarissa's P.O.V (Clary)
"Where am i ?" Jace asked. He fully opened his eyes as he sat up from the hostpital bed this institute had inside one of the rooms. we couldn't find the bedrooms so we put him here.
"We arived in Athens , Greece institute" I stated. He began to caugh and weez.
"Who brought me through the portal?" He asked.
"Sebastian insisted to carry you through since all of us were full of things to carry" I said. He began to have a tear rush down his face.
"To love is to destroy , to be loved is to be the one destroyed. Why did i ever belive that. People like the ones i'm surrounded by never destroyed me. It's lasted me through my rough years. But till you came, a different story accured in my life." He said. I smiled and let him talk.
"With out you or anyone here i am nothing. Thank you for sticking by my side... So please tell me you weren't lying about my father coming back to life" He insisted.
"Every single thing i told you , is true" I said. He sighed and crawled out of his bed. He began to look around.
"This is odd, isn't this place abandoned. Why is it so clean?" He asked as he looked at the cabinets of medicine.
"A girl about our age has been living here" I said. He tilted his head with satisfaction. He quickly turned around.
"Do you hear that?" Jace asked. I listened to my surroundings,and heared a loud beat of music. Sounded like two boys and one girl singing. I looked back at Jace. We both left the room following to the sound of music. I recognized the song. It was .... Bring me to life by Evanescene. Damn i love that band. We came across large room with Brand new instruments sitting at the end with a window letting sunrays beam inside. Paying the instruments were; Simon, on the drums, Aria and Daniel with the bass quitar and the two lead singers were Sebastian and Sabrina. I looked along the wall the door was on. Magnus, Alec, and Isabelle were bobbing their heads to the music while cheering their names.
"Whats going on?" I asked Magnus as they continued to preform.
"Oh Clary! the kids found this old set of instruments so i made them new" Magnus said. Since when was he so jolly. Alec and Magnus were always the sassy ones ,but Magnus was more of the grumpy kind.
"Sebastian can sing?" I asked. He was singing his heart out to the male singers solo part. He is pretty amazing. Began to move to the music. I looked over at Jace who had been standing there emotionless. His hair had been covering his face.
"He's pretty good" Jace said looking at me. I smiled as JAce put his arm around me. At that moment the song ended. Jace was the first one to start clapping his hands and cheer. For the first time i saw Sebastian finally, fully , smile. Simon, Sebastian , Daniel , Aria and Sarbina all took a bow.
"how did you guys sing that so perfectly with out practising?" I asked as i walked up to Sabrina.
"Sebastian already knew the song and Aria, Daniel & I were going to preform it at the talent show, so we did it now" Sabrina said. I gave her a big hug and looked at them all.
"You guys are seriously amazing, including you Sebastian" I said. He stood there with a grin on his face. It later grew into a smile. He looked at everyone else and left the room. At the end of the room i saw the girl whom had been living here for a couple of years.
The first one to ask her a question was Jace.
"How long have you been here?" He asked.
"I'm a warlock i've been here ever since my husband died 2 years ago. But before that we lived in the city. We were good friends with Tessa and James. They dissipeared and i dont know where they went. I finally learened that they were gone and i gave up searching. " She said.
"Wait a second whats your name?" Magnus asked shoving his self infront of Jace. Jace through his hands up and let them fall to his side and he walked back to me. The girl looked at him , scanning his whole body.
"My name is Anabelle Ravenwood" She said curiously. She took one last look at Magnus, until a face of confusion turned into a bright smile. He spread out his arms asking for a hug.
"Magnus Bane?"She asked.He nodded his head and she leaped into his arms. I looked at Alec , who stood there confused.
"Oh my god , i'm sorry i didn't recongnize you before! I'm just very confused as of why you are all here" She said. Magnus lightly put her down and walked to the center of the room.
"The best move we can make is to go into groups, Daniel, Sabrina, and Aria , you guys are going to be with JAce and Clary" Magnus was interrupted by a loud chant.
"NO!" Jace yelled.
"They need to be with Sebastian. For many reasons , Sabrina needs to be with Sebastian. Although, Sabrina can't leave her boyfriend and Parabiti, she's a child , she can't leave her parabiti." Jace said.
"And what is the reason for her to stay with me" Sebastian said, appearing behind Jace. He turned around, startled, but not showing it.
"It's a long story" I said.
*5 minutes Later*
I caught everyone up with everything that i told Jace,which made him faint. Everyone had their Jaws dropped and eyes wide open.
"And thats all the Clave told me" I said. Sebastian just stood there leaning against the wall.
"So , the groups. how is this going to work?"Daniel asked.
"Well, It's going to be...ummm.Ok , i got it. There will be no groups. As long as we stay together we will be fine. If we are split apart we won't know how far we need to go." I said. Everyone nodded their heads and agreed.
"Wait i'm in this?" Anabelle asked.
"Well no shit sherlock, you know everything. We need everyone who knows anything about this to stick together as one" Jace said. He sounded a bit angry. Well, Jace is never a bit angry. He's either happy quiet (which is usually not a good thing) or very mad.
"how am i related to Johnathan Shadowhunter, he has been traced with no family and no one knows where he was from. I'm a Carstairs and Gray , how the hell is this possible?" Sabrina exclaimed.
"It must be from Tessa's side or James, i have no clue. You are related to him somehow, you have his blood, DNA, you are in his bloodline and nobody knows how." Jace said.
"Ok , but why didn't Raziel tell this to us when he came to see us?" Sabrina asked.
"Sabrina! i dont know,i dont know why that guy didn't tell us anything!" Jace yelled. Now he's getting stressed. Everyone began to leave the room. Leaving , Sebastian, Jace, Sabrina and I in the room alone.
"The Circle?" I asked.
"What about them?" Jace asked. He stood from the chair he was standing in.He looked furiouse.
"Your father will come back the same way they died, i'm not sure if you would be able to handle him coming back. all the innocent people sebastian killed will also come back." Sabrina said. Sebastian wondered to the door and slowly opened it. Then Alec and Isabelle ran through the door.
"Max?"Alec asked.
"Yes, i might bring Max back too" Sabrina said.
"MIGHT?!" Isabelle yelled with a sharp voice.
"Might.... by that i mean, if i make it there. My parents didn't even make it there. it would be a miracle for us to all get there.Safe and Sound" Sabrina yelled. Isabelle pationatly walked over to Sabrina and put a hand on Sabrina's shoulder. Then Isabelle said
"We'll all get through this , and come back home. Safe and sound"
