Once they both entered the car, Tyler leaned his head on Justin's shoulder. It was as if every part of him would gravitate towards Justin, almost like the universe was pushing them together.

Tyler's brunette hair fell slightly over his eyes. His heart fluttered when Justin turned his attention away from the road to give him a kiss on the forehead. A sleepy smile laced his lips and he glanced up at the older boy admiringly.

The drive was calm and quiet. A comfortable silence filling the atmosphere. Just being in each other's presence was enough for the two.

Behind them, the sun was beginning to set. A cool breeze danced playfully through the air around them, carrying the scent of the ocean growing near. Seagulls could be heard in the distance. The crashing of waves playing like a record as it mixed in with the scenery.

Justin's car slowed, the drone of the engine coming to a stop as he parked the car in front of the beach. Tyler had already saw the gorgeous empty beach and moved to leave the car. The older brunette did the same with a smile.

Behind the ocean was the sunset that cascaded into shades of orange, purple, and even a light pink. Tyler kicked his shoes off as he stepped onto the sand. He stood for a moment to embrace the familiar feeling of being at the beach. Justin came up behind him and sat down, pulling Tyler down with him.

Their bodies became tangled together. Tyler's head on Justin's shoulder, their hands clasped, their legs crossed together. The adoration radiating from each boy was a feeling that couldn't be mistaken. It was love. A love they didn't quite know how to deal with yet.

Time seemed to slip away from them and Justin tilted Tyler's head up to steal a kiss on the lips. Tyler smiled and leaned up to kiss Justin back. A kiss full of passion. However, their moment was interrupted by Tyler pulling away and glancing up to meet Justin's eyes.

"We have to go back to school tomorrow. It'll be Monday, Justin." He notified the older boy. Justin sighed as he remember school. He pouted at Tyler.

Justin never wanted to leave this moment. School was the last thing on his mind. Tyler was right, though. They'd have to go back. "Tyler, I'm graduating this year. I'm planning on getting an apartment. Come live with me. You could finish school and go to college, whatever you want. Just think about it. Our own little place. A future. Together." He spoke softly, taking Tyler's hands in his as he did so.

Tyler's mouth hung open. He was speechless at the offer. There was no way for him to answer besides pressing a kiss on Justin's lips. "Yes, Justin. That sounds amazing. Thank you so much." He replied in astonishment.

A smile graced Justin's face. His world seemed to be coming together perfectly. It seemed as he has a shot at happiness. Although he keeps up a bad boy facade, he hasn't had the best go at life. Especially seeing as he was on his own now, but that's a story for another time.

The two boys settled back down into the soft sand beneath them. They each had their gaze set on the gorgeous sunset right in front of them. Tyler would occasionally glance over and just admire Justin. The way the sunset would reflect in his eyes, the way his hair fell messily into place, and the way his tattoos coated his soft skin. Tyler found himself adoring it all.

It wasn't long until the sunset had drifted off and left the sky as ebony with dark blue tints here and there. Stars were scattered throughout the sky as well. Tyler had come to place his head on Justin's chest and pull his legs into the older boy's lap. Justin knew Tyler had fallen asleep the second he heard his soft breathing and limp body.

Absentmindedly, Justin rubbed soothing circles onto Tyler's arm while his gaze was fixated on the younger boy. A small smile appearing on his soft expression. He placed a kind kiss on his forehead.

They were on the top of the world. It was as if they owned it, and that nobody else could ever ruin this for them. That wasn't the case, however.

The sweet silence was disrupted by the clashing of hard footsteps on the sand. It was clear that someone was coming towards them. Justin narrowed his eyes as he gripped Tyler's body tightly, careful not to hurt him. He whipped his head to the side for his eyes to meet someone he'd never expect.

It was the guy who had attacked Tyler. Justin's eyes darkened as he growled lowly and stood, holding Tyler bridle style. He would do everything he possibly could to protect him, but the man had not come alone. Two other large men had followed behind him.

The man had rolled his eyes at Justin, because even though Justin was quite muscular, the man and his friends were way taller and were also muscular. A slight pang of anxiety flooded through Justin's veins. His heart pounded and the men must've seen the fear in his eyes, because they began to move closer towards him.

He clutched Tyler, who soon flickered his eyelids open. His eyes filled with horror as he shook himself out of Justin's grip. Justin grabbed Tyler's hand and sighed. "We will be okay. I won't let them hurt you, I promise." He spoke with a shaky voice.

One of the men had seemingly had enough and approached them closely. He gripped Tyler's arm and Justin charged toward him, kicking him with all his power and snatching his hand from Tyler's arm. The man flinched but tightened his grip while the second man grabbed hold of Justin.

The man's arm snakes around Justin's neck and held him in a chokehold. Justin struggled with everything he had. He threw punches and kicked and twisted his body to try and escape. All efforts to no avail.

The last man that was the first one to attack Tyler a few nights ago was the one who brutally swung at Justin. The older brunette's head turned from the impact. A bruise would start to form on his eye with blood seeping from his nose.

Tyler winced at the sight. "No! Don't you dare hit him. He's never done anything to you, so don't come for him. Just let him be." He called out. The man holding him yanked him away from Justin easily and Tyler fought him as much as he could. All he wanted to do was get to Justin, but he couldn't get free. He struggled in the older man's grasp, earning himself a blow to the head.

At the sight, Justin yelled out. He even bit the man's arm at one point. It only made the man growl and tighten his arm around his neck. Justin coughed, his air slowly getting cut off. He desperately tried to breathe and his vision got clouded. He frantically glanced around and made any last attempts to be able to breathe and help Tyler again.

Tyler protested as he watched Justin's body fall limp and go unconscious. Tears stung his eyes as they trickled down his cheeks. The man holding Justin dropped his body and glanced at the other two men, the one holding Tyler rolling his eyes. "This boy is gonna be a real pain. Why couldn't you just pick someone else, Max? Why this one?" He huffed.

Max, who was the guy who first got to Tyler that one night, sighed. He seemed to be the boss of the whole operation. "Just trust me. There's something about him that I crave. He'll behave sooner or later so just hush up, okay?" He replied to the other man.

The conversation faded as Tyler was dragged into a large black pick up truck. He kicked and tried to plant his feet, fighting the whole way. It was no use. The man holding him lifted his light body into the back seat and slammed the door shut.

The last thing Tyler heard before going unconscious was,

"He's a keeper. Don't let him go, ever. He will be worth it."
