I was woken up early. Not by a person but a long stick hitting my foot and birds landing and singing on branches near my head. I  must have looked terrible but i packed up my belongings and decided to move. My hiding spot was too obvious. I was bound to be found by someone. I decided to stay for the moment whilst i looked for a better place to hide. I could see a tall tree with lots of vegetation which was perfect for hiding in.

I knew i had to make my move quickly so i ran behind the bushes to find a little boy sitting there crying. I thought that this could be a trick to reveal myself but i returned to the bush left my bag there and placed my cap on and went with the boy to the play park area. I could feel his hands clutching round mine as he saw his mother. His mother was my English teachers wife. I knew this because i had visited her once for spelling practice. She would give me away so i left the child by the slide and ran back to the bush for safety. It was too risky to move in the daytime so i stayed put in my bush reading my book.

When nighttime came i was ready to make my move. I ran round to the exit park. Nobody was around. A few lights were on in the houses so i ran to the tree and used the park wall to help me climb the tree. When i was at the top of the tree i could see my house. All the lights were on. I felt really bad leaving my parents. I found a couple of large interlocking branches which work like a platform. It was quite comfortable.
