"Pathetic Demigods!" A familiar voice boomed. It was Bruce... well not quite....

BloodVein stared in shock as he began backing up slowly towards Clinton. He raised his staff and pointed it at Clinton.

"You take one more step you green beast and I'll—" Suddenly, a shield painted red white and blue with rust and dust on it, (lol I didn't even realize that it rhymed) came out of nowhere and knocked BloodVein to his knees.

The Avengers reviled themselves while Captain America, in the center of the group, pressed a button on his arm and his shield instantly flew back to him as if the shield was afraid of BloodVein.

"It's time to go kid." Captain America said still watching BloodVein. His eye never left BloodVein's body. Natasha started to run over to Clinton. She pulled and yanked at the chains but they wouldn't come off.

"Cap, I need your shield!" Natasha shouted to Captain America. She kept yanking on the chains while Captain America walked up to her and gave her his shield.

Natasha grabbed the shield and slammed it against the chains causing them to break apart sending Clinton free.

"Thanks." Clinton got up and dusted off his pants. He looked back up at Natasha and almost drooled. A light bulb hanging from the ceiling was behind her so her hair shined in the light. Clinton hasn't realized until now how beautiful she was.

"Hello? We're leaving! You want to stay or something?" Clinton's head snapped up as he got out of his daze. He looked at Natasha.

"Hell no!" Clinton said. He punched Natasha's arm playfully then looked down at BloodVein. "What are we doing with him?"

"Take him with us of course!" She answered starting to pick up BloodVein's limp body. "He—"

"You guys comin' or what?" Bruce shouted from the doorway. He was in human form now.

"Yeah!" They both answered at the same time as they followed the group.
