Angie crawled across the floor roughly, edging closer towards German. Her heart raced fast like the pounding beat of a drum. Her body trembled before him, terrified for his health. Anxiously, her head darted in all directions across the room, curious to see everyone's reactions.
She noticed Olga was shrieking at Pablo as she threw him out the door - quite physically. The guests followed behind, each one carrying a sense of shock as they departed.
"Vilu, sweetheart, let's get you some fresh air." Olga softly called. Violetta obeyed sadly.
She walked towards Angie, giving her a tight squeeze. "Look after him while I'm gone..." Violetta sputtered as the tears continued to run down her distraught face.
"You know I will." Angie whispered calmly.
As they each pulled away from their hug, Violetta gave her father one last upset glance and left.
As the door shut, the bang echoed through the silent house and Angie began to cry, again.
She lowered her head into his chest, crying miserably into it. "Oh German I - I need you. I need you to wake up. I need you to look at me. I need your reassurance. I need you by my side..."
Angie dug her head further into his chest. Her tears created a small puddle below and she sniffed her nose in attempt to grasp air. She took a hold of his lifeless hand, squeezing it tight. "Please wake up, please!" Angie muffled.
Suddenly, German's hand weakly gripped onto Angie's as he began to grow conscience. He stirred, his head moving from side to side until... light. His eyes opened once more.
Angie gasped with delight. She placed her hand onto the side of his cheek and stoked it slowly. German warmly smiled back as he placed his hand over hers. He weakly rose to sit aside Angie, his eyes still connected to hers.
"You like the surprise?" German finally asked, breaking the silence. He said this with a tone of playfulness. His eyes glanced across the decorated room, hinting to her.
"I can't believe you did all this... for me! I - I'm lost for words." Angie choked in reply, overwhelmed with emotion.
"Well, I heard you muffle something along the lines of 'I need you' before." German stated, smiling mischievously.
Angie blushed. "I-err-wait! How did you hear that?" Angie asked, puzzled.
"Ahhhh I may have grown conscience just a tad before you said that."
"Oh You!" Angie jokingly replied as she lightly slapped his arm playfully.
They both grew into laugher but immediately stopped in shock. Out of nowhere, the stereo started playing aloud; "A Thousand Years" by Christina Perri.
German gently raised to his feet, leaving Angie below. "I know this isn't the best thing to do after iv'e been punched in the face but..." He softly leant out his hand in front, "May I have this dance?" and he winked at her.
Angie smiled in awe. She opened her mouth but was lost for words. She gently nodded in reply and reached for his hand.
He pulled her graciously up, still smiling at her presence. Angie also smiled shyly as she joint her angelic hand with his. She placed her other hand delicately on is shoulder whilst he held her waist and they began to dance.
"You look beautiful." German whispered as Angie was twirled gracefully.
Angie's smile widened, "You're not so bad yourself."
German smiled pleasly to himself.
As he leaded the dance floor, leaving Angie to follow, he revealed; "This was the song I've wanted to dance with you for a long time."
"Why this song?" She replied smoothly.
German spun Angie slowly and dipped her back, "Because I have loved you for a thousand years." he revealed whilst smiling emotionally at her.
A warm fuzziness hit Angie inside. She stared into his twinkling eyes deeply, "I'll love you for a thousand more." She slowly replied in ore.
Both German and Angie were too love struck to move, lost into each other's eyes as the sparks flew in all directions. Their hearts oozed with love, their souls finally untied.
Still holding Angie dipped back, his head edged towards hers slowly. She too, moved hers towards his. As their faces grew closer, their love grew stronger. She closed her eyes and... Their lips met.
Fireworks exploded. The loving sensation passed through their bodies. Powerful, heavenly, passionate and romantic, they finally got to revisit True Loves Kiss.
