Hey guys! B here! So I've decided to discontinue my other 2 books because I was losing my creativity within those 2 so... I've decided to make a new book. Hopefully this is of more interest to you guys. Enough of my babbling! ON WITH THE STORY!!!!
GENERAL POV:
6 year old Henry Dawson was not a normal kid. His parents died. The state of New York decided to send him off to foster care a year later. And all of his foster parents had abused him until he left for the next one.
Currently, Henry was on the floor in the Davis' home. The foster father was kicking him in the stomach. Henry was whimpering and screaming loudly in pain.
"Owwwwww!!!!" Henry yelled as Mr. Davis hit him really hard in the head. It all came to a sudden stop when a knock came to the door. "This is the police!" An officer yelled.
"Oh just great." Mr. Davis said. "Did you call the police, you little runt?" The boy shook his head. "N-n-n-no s-s-s-s-sir." He stuttered. "LIAR!" Mr. Davis yelled as he slapped the boy.
The door burst open and 3 police and Henry's social worker came in. "Mr. Davis you are under arrest for child abuse!" Officer Jayden yelled as he handcuffed the man.
Theodore, Henry's social worker rushed to Henry's side. "P-p-please!" The boy stuttered, "No more!" Theodore knelt down to the floor. "They're taking Mr. Davis away, Henry. Don't worry." He said.
Henry looked up at Theodore. "T-t-theo?" The boy spoke. "Yeah, buddy, it's me." Theodore said. "Let's get you out of here." Henry stumbled while getting up, his legs shaking. Theodore helped him after a few seconds.
The two got in the car and drove off.

A few minutes later...

Henry was sitting in a waiting room. This was in the foster office. Theodore was in the next room, trying to make some phone calls for Henry's next placement.
The boy swung his feet, which were barely dangling from the edge of the seat. 5 minutes later, Theodore came out of his office, really excited.
"Henry! I found another placement for you!" He exclaimed. "And I promise this one's a good one!" Henry looked up at him. There must be some sort of catch. He thought.
"The only thing is..." Theo began. Here we go. Henry thought. "Your next placement is in London, England."Henry gasped. London?! He thought. It's so far away!
"Your foster parents will be at the airport to pick you up once you get there." Theo explained. "Let's go to London!" Henry said.
