Hey Brother {Chapter 2}

"Hey Jellybean" I heard my dad say to me as he shook me awake. I woke up, and we were parked out the front of a motel. It was 11 pm. We went inside a room. There were two single beds. 

"Do you want to change into your pjs?" He asked me. I shook my head. I fell onto one of the beds. I closed my eyes, and I felt my dad tuck me in. Before I knew it, I was fast asleep. I woke up to the sound of someone moving around. I shot up, and saw my dad pulling on his shoes.

"I was going to carry you to the car. We're going now so we can get to Riverdale by 10." I nodded, and followed him out to the car. It was pitch black outside, and only 4 am. The steady rolling of the car along the road made me sleepy and I drifted off to sleep. I woke up to the sun shining in my eyes. 

"Hey just in time Jellybean. You'll get to see the Riverdale sign." My dad grinned. We passed the sign, the town with pep! We kept on driving through my hometown, and I saw all the places that I missed. We pulled into Pop's. 

"I'll grab us and Jughead some burgers." He sighed and hopped out of the car. I looked around. I missed this place. I missed Pop's. I missed the trailer park. I missed Jughead. My dad came back with a bag and four milkshakes. 

"Why four?" I asked him, but he didn't answer. We kept driving, and we finally pulled up to Sunnyside Trailer Park. He parked, and we grabbed the food. I grabbed my bag. My dad opened the door, and we went inside.

"We're home!" He announced. 

"We're?" Asked a very confused Jughead, then he saw me. 

"Oh my god Jellybean." He gasped. He ran over to me and hugged me tight. 

"I missed you." He whispered to me.

"I missed you too." I whispered back. When he finally let go of me, I saw a girl sitting on the couch. The girl walked over to us. 

"We got burgers Betty, and a milkshake? Will you join us for breakfast?" My dad asked her. Betty. Betty was the name of the girl that my brother always had a crush on. 

"What's Betty doing here?" I asked my dad. He smirked, he turned around and pointed to them. Jughead pulled Betty into a hug, and kissed her forehead. 

"Jughead's got a girlfriend?" I squealed. Jughead looked embarrassed whilst Betty giggled. 

"Yeah he does." She smiled. 

"Well I'm glad my sister in law is going to be someone I like." I laughed, everyone else did too. Except for Jughead, who was turning bright red.
