Cole POV
It was 8 o clock in the morning and I was wide awake thinking about what is happening today. Today was the day I was going to promise to always love Lili. I had the whole day planned out which she didn't know about she thought today we were going to stay in and watch movies.
I rolled over to see her still sleeping peacefully. I got up slowly making sure not to wake her and went to the kitchen. I pulled out eggs, bacon and bread to make some toast. I turned on the stove and cooked the eggs and bacon to how she liked it. "Good morning" Lili yawned making me look up from the pan to her. "Good morning" I said back smiling at her "What are you doing?" She asked walking behind me wrapping her arms around me. "Making is breakfast." I said turning around to face her "good because I'm hungry." She said giving me a kiss I pulled away so I could tell her the surprises I have planned. "So you know how today was suppose to be a stay in the house kinda day. Well it's not I'm taking you on a romantic all day date." I said smiling "What are we going to do?" She asked "Shopping, Maybe go and get your favorite food and a special surprise at the end." I explained to her "Aww yay that sounds like fun" she said "Now you might wanna turn around and check on your eggs because they smell like they are burning." She said laughing while walked away from me. I quickly turned around to see that my eggs were burnt to a crisp. "Damnit" I said taking the pan off the stove and throwing the eggs into the trash. "this is why I always cook" Lili said as she walked to the living room making me laugh a little to myself.
It was now 11pm and we well I mean she was finally ready to go. "Okay I'm ready!" She said walking out of the bedroom wearing a black body suit and blue jeans along with her black vans. "You look beautiful" I said walking up to her and wrapping my arms around my waist. "thank you and you look handsome" she said giving my a kiss on the lips. I was wearing a loose white button up shirt that I hadn't buttoned all the way and black jeans and of course my black shoes. "Well you ready to go?" I asked she nodded her head in response so we pulled apart and went on our way to our first destination which was shopping.
I was carrying four shopping bags which were some from Sephora, coach, H&M and forever 21. "I'm hungry" Lili said "Me too where do you wanna go?" I asked "In and out!" She said smiling. "Okay let's get in the car" I said grabbing the Keys. We drove to the fast food place and went through the drive thru and placed or order. "No eating yet okay?" I said looking over at her "But I'm hungry!" She said "I know but we are going to take it and go to our last surprise." I explained to her. We got our food and headed off the the location.
"We are here now grab the food and follow me" I said smiling as I turned off the car and got out. She followed me down a bridge that lead to a private little island. We walked for a little more but then stopped at a tent type thing that was lit up with candles and had a blanket and pillows for us to lay on. "Cole this is amazing!" She said running into the tent "It's all for you." I said smiling at her "Now we can sit and eat and watch the stars." I said taking a seat next to her. "I love you" she said "I love you too"
We stayed out there for hours talking eating watching movies and we finally decided to go. "Before we go I have one last surprise" I said looking at her. I took her hand and walked closer to the water. I slowly got down on one knee and reached for a box. "Cole what is happening?" She asked "This isn't an engagement ring this is a promise ring." I said opening the box. I looked up at her face to see she was crying "Lili I love you and will always love you. I don't know what our life might bring, but I hope it involves us traveling more of the world together . And that, if we have kids, we'd be hugging them every chance that we'd get. And, when we grow old, we'd never stop dancing. I promise you, that no matter what happens, I'll always be there for you." I said tearing up a little "I love you Cole Sprouse and I will never stop." She said grabbing my face and brining it to hers and giving me a big kiss. "I love you too" I said as I broke apart from and and slid on the ring. I loved her and nothing would ever change that.
