After a long time of questions, Jim left to talk to Wally who had arrived, let's just say he was not welmed. He was extremely worried about Dick being in a police station and actually being blamed for the death of his mentor and 'father'.

Who could even think that?!? Dick would never hurt Bruce, Wally knew that for a fact. 'sides, the police never found the body, yes, he was gone for a few weeks, and Wally didn't know why Dick hadn't told him this. He should know if his best friends fatherly figure is missing! He could have helped, he knew something was up when Superman gave the teams missions out but he'd just assumed Bruce Wayne was to busy to be Batman.

"Where were you between the hours of 5 and 6 pm on Friday night?"

"With Dick and some other friends" Wally said.

And the questions went on, each one the red head answered just like his friend had. Then Gordon went into the question room where Dick was being kept. Dick was staring at the table, most likely deep in thought.

"Dick, somebody wants to see you" Jim said, Dick nodded and Wally jogged in and sat at the table, Jim left the room.

"Dude, why didn't you tell me Bruce was gone?" he whispered to Dick, aware of the glass screen.

"I didn't want you to worry, just stay welmed, I'll be out soon" Dick sighed looking at his handcuffs, "I hope so anyways, I can't stay here, im a hero not an..." He whispered trailing off.

"Dick, I promise if they don't get you out, I will"

"Wally, don't make promises you can't keep, the police are persistent. They'll make sure I stay in, even if that means going to an asylum," Dick sighed.

"You think they'd do that?" he asked the younger boy.

"Wally, I've been thinking about this, I don't think luck is on my side, imagine this, you have a kid, he's thirteen and you think he's killed his own father the very guy who took him in, and this kid, he's watched his own family die right before his eyes, when he was only eight, he used to live with a circus and now with a billionaire playboy, he spent a while after watching his own parents deaths, in a junivile delinquent center because all orphanages were full. Wally, as far as they know I could be mentally unstable, I could be insane, so why wouldn't I be sent to a asylum, if they some how get me proven guilty which im not I'll probably be sent away, all I can do is prey its not Arkham."
