So it was around nine in the evening everyone else had gone home and I was left with Shayne and her annoying brother Jayden. We were watching a movie and am not even sure what it was talking about but I could see Jayden looking at me and smiling.

"I still don't get why I cant drive her home using your car if she is that uncomfortable with you driving her" said Shayne who sitting on the carpet addressing his brother who was across the other side and I was in sitting on the couch in the middle of the living room cuddling on a pillow.

"Because I don't trust you most especially at night and I am not allowing you to go 400miles away from here with my car with no driving license that's why,,,,,,,,"

"400 miles you are exaggerating ,,,,"turning towards me " and Jess why cant you let my brother take you home? he is an asshole but he doesn't bite you know!!!!"she said making Jayden laugh.

"no thank you I'll just stay here and wait for the mechanic or whoever is coming to fix my bike"

"hypothetically speaking you know he might not becoming right?"asked Jayden sarcastically. At the back of my mind I knew he was saying the truth and even if he came I couldn't go home at this hour it was too dangerous but at the same time I would not stay here and worse I didn't want this jerk to know where I live.

"he is coming I know he is" I said continuing to cuddle my pillow like a terrified kid.

"you can sleep with me in my room ,,,,," offered Shayne as she got up to go to sleep I could see her eyes she seemed really tired.

"its okay am fine I'll just wait here,,,,,"

"okay everyone goodnight and in case you change your mind my room is the second door on your left upstairs feel free to join me" she said as she went up the stairs.

"Shayne don't forget your medicine" shouted Jay after her. Aww so cute looking after her sister

"yeah I got it,,,,,,,,,"she said before disappearing. Soon it was us two I was changing the television station to station I really didn't know what I was looking for and I could sense Jay's gaze on me.

"What exactly are you looking for?"he asked.

"something to keep me awake and stop you from talking to me" I replied still changing.

"its almost 10 in the evening its all news ,,,,,and just to be clear what are you going to do if he doesn't come?" he asked again.

"I'll walk home or something,,,,, I wont stay here,,,,,"

Standing up going upstairs "you are crazy anyway suit yourself ,,,,,,,am going to sleep" He was going to leave me alone? I mean how can he?

"you are going to leave me here alone?" I asked him.

"yeah you don't want to talk to me not that I want to talk to you either, you don't want a ride, you don't want to stay with Shayne, you don't want to call a cab what else am I supposed to do with you?"continuing to go up "goodnight Jess if you change your mind I'll be in my room" and with that he was gone.

Now I was all alone because of my stubbornness what am I going to do.i refused too go home with Damon and Leila now am left here alone how can I be so stupid?
