"have you heard?" asked Leila as she sat beside me in class.

"heard what?"

"Diane is coming back to school today"

"so?"

"Allison, Brian, you replacing her in the team dont you think its too much for her to take in?"

"yeah it is but what do we have to do with it I mean its not our mess her friends should be helping her right?"

"you are now speaking like Shayne did it ever occur to you she did nothing to you or me for that matter?"

"Leila you know how I am about this whole crap about people I don't interfere with people's issues and so don't they"

"well okay if you say so" she said as she turned to pick her book before I felt a note passed to me

I looked around but no one seemed t claim the note so I just opened it

You work in a bar Jessica and I know you know something about me. What happens if your friends and most especially your boyfriend know about this. Worse what if they know what happened to your parents?

The nerve! i already knew who it was. I looked over to see if Leila had noticed anything and I guess she noticed I was looking at her as she turned and asked "is there a problem?"

"nothing" I said before looking away. We were approaching the end of high school with Prom around the corner and graduation right after. I had managed to pull through with secrets been unraveled and they were not about to not now.

"ummm Leila?"

"yes"

"what do you know about Cherry Edwards?"

"apart from her been so adorable that it scares me and her dating one of the cutest guys in school nothing more why?"

"has Allan ever told you what happened between them and Daniel and his group?"

"yeah he did but am not supposed to tell you Jayden's instructions"

"I don't know why don't you ask your boyfriend but what has Cherry got to do with all this ?"

"nothing just wondering how a human being can be so sweet "I said going back to my books as Leila whispered something

"I have a strong feeling against her too"

No sooner had we talked than I felt someone whisper behind my ear "what is my gorgeous face frowning about" I looked bac at Jay before smiling at him and engulfing in a quick kiss as he sat beside me as Justin and Allan joined us.

"what were you guys talking about" asked Jay

"nothing she was just asking me about Cherry Edwards" said Leila as I saw the boys exchange a few glances before Jay looked at me

"why would you asked about her?"

"nothing maybe its because she is my sidekick as cheerleader and I would like to know more about her" as I looked at the change in his face "is there something you now?"

"why would I even want to know about her anyway she is just an amazing girl do bother about her"

"yeah leave her alone" said Allan to back him up
