The place basically looked like a demented forest for the dead to frolic.
"So the man who steals shadows is here. That's what I wanted to know. I have to kick his ass, after all," Jasmine said and knocked the man out. When she got off of his her crew was looking at her weird and she knew why. She frowned and smoothed back her hair.
"That man that we caught earlier didn't seem strong enough to be the leader, so Moria is somewhere else on the island." Jasmine said as she walked.
Those that accompanied her were Zoro, Robin, Sanji, Franky, Crocodile, the twins, and Andromeda and dragged the invisible man with them. The others stayed behind to watch the ship.
Besides they couldn't dock the ship since the island was moving.
"Everything on this island has something in common," Robin commented as she petted the Cerberus like creature that Jasmine tamed earlier with the one wrong head. "All the creatures on this island have stitches, bandages, and numbers on them."
Jasmine crouched down as she took in a deep breath and activated her legitimacy. Nami and the others had been here. And recently too. She got up and looked at Robin. "You're right. And they're all dead, but have been revived somehow. But aren't in their real bodies. Like him." She pointed to the lion man. Her other hand still gripping her sword.
When they made it passed the graveyard completely Jasmine rounded on a man as he came up behind them. It was some old man with a lantern. But unlike the others, he was alive. He grabbed onto Jasmine and began to beg. "Please…please help me. You're strong, so please, help me. Help us!" He yelled and Jasmine crouched in front of him. "Please…get my shadow back. Get all of our shadows back, then we'll be able to leave this place."
Jasmine looked down and noted that he didn't have a shadow like Brook. And from the sound of things, it seemed like there were more than just the two of them. "Did Moria take your shadows too?"
"Yes. Moria did it," the old man said. Lucy didn't know who that was though.
"And he most likely had you intended to be his next victims. That's why that man was sent to your ship. To separate you all. They're all in it together. The woman who makes ghosts who make your depressed and hollow, that man who traps people, a doctor in that castle who makes the bodies from the dead, and Moria who takes your shadows."
"Ah, thank you for the information," Jasmine said and smiled. "I'll do everything I can to save you all, so you can enjoy the sun again. So please, for now be safe."
"Thank you, thank you so much," the old man cried and clung to Jasmine again. She had to try and get him off again.
They were approaching the mansion when it began to rain, clearing some of the fog away and revealing a mark. And then a sail. This island…was also a ship. The old man from before had followed them and told them that at the back of the mansion would be the main mast, and that's where Moria would be. And he would know of them being here, and they would be holding their 'Night Attack' because of their arrival. After that the old man retreated completely into the woods.
They made it to the mansion that they had seen after that, Jasmine tracking her three missing. "It would make sense for them to take refuge here if they were attacked by those zombies."
"Not attacked, coerced into this direction. That was the intent behind the actions of the zombies," Jasmine said and pushed on the door. But it didn't budge. She was about to use her own power, but Zoro came forward and used his swords to cut the door down.
As a precaution, Jasmine called upon her invisibility cloak and did something it was able to do she had learned. An ability that it had was to split apart, but it was hundreds of years since it belonged to a master of death since it was accessible. But it was limited to six people.
