I've been held captive by The Diamond for a day. The Avengers are probably back by now and will be looking at me. At this moment The Diamond walks into my cell, where I'm still tied to a chair. I've eaten nothing but had a cup of water not long ago. "Good news (y/n)! The Avengers are back! And they sure are worried! They've probably found the note I left on your bed with my demands." She shrugs, "While I was looking through Tony's system I found something very interesting. Some security camera footage. Of you. And one other 'Avenger'. Kissing." She frowns, "Now why would a perfectly good girl like you be kissing Loki?" I laugh nervously, "Well, it's a long story." I can NOT tell her about alternate realities. "You're not going anywhere." She crosses her arms and makes a chair out of that liquid diamond which she then sits on.

I have to think of something FAST. I got it. I clear my throat, "Well, during the attack on New York three Chitari had me cornered in a back alley. I thought I was going to die. Loki was flying around on one of those flying boat things and he notices me. Well, I didn't know why, but Loki swoops down and orders them away from me. He then takes me to some warehouse where he ordered none of the Chitari to go. It was actually really nice. He kissed me on the hand and said we would meet again. Of course, I was upset at him for reeking havoc on New York. But at the same time... I liked him. So I was sad when he was taken. And of course, overjoyed when he helped defeat Thanos. The Avengers don't know about us." Oh no. I shouldn't have said that last part. A smirk crosses over Diamond's face, "They don't know? Oh, this will be fun. In fact, I'll live stream if for you." A screen is formed out of liquid diamond on the wall, The Avengers are gathered in the living room. Suddenly, the T.V in front of them flickers on, and Diamond's face appears. I glance over at her and see her on her computer. "Why hello there! I'm The Diamond. I have your little friend here." It's weird, hearing her in real time then it echoing from the video. She turns the computer towards me for a second then turns it back to herself. I look back at the live video and notice that Loki clenches his fist, even though no one else notices. I see Tony turn and whisper something to a staff member. Probably telling them to trace the video. I feel a flicker of hope that is quickly distinguished by the Diamond, "Don't bother tracing this. It's untraceable!" She laughs. "Anyway, I'm sure you've read my demands. I have a little video I want to show you." She glances up at me as I blanch and smiles wickedly, "(Y/n) doesn't want me to show it but who CARES." Oh god. I squeeze my eyes shut as I see the security footage show up on The Avengers T.V. I open them to see everyone staring at Loki who looks slightly embarrassed but mostly angry. Tony looks amused. When Loki finally speaks up his voice is even, though you can detect anger under it, "We can discuss that later. The Diamond," He scoffs at the name, "We have in fact read your request and will find some way to contact you when we have finished discussing it." I see The Diamond smile, "Ok. But remember. This is just the beginning." She closes the laptop and looks at me, "We're going to have so much fun."

It's been another day. I think. All I know is that The Diamond has moved me to a windowless cell with a straw bed, and has given me three small meals of oatmeal and a cup of water. There's a bucket in the corner that I've had to use. It's disgusting. My door opens and I see The Diamond, "The Avengers are taking FOREVER on their decision. So. I've decided to use you as some incentive!" She fastens diamond handcuffs on my wrist and pulls me to the room I was in when I first got here. Instead of tying me to the chair she shackles my arms above my head, forcing me to face the wall, slightly bent, I'm getting a REALLY bad feeling about this. I twist my head over my shoulder to see her setting up a camera. Oh no. A small diamond 'T.V' appears in front of me. It's the same setup as before, I see the Avengers and they see through the camera, which The Diamond is standing in front of while I'm shackled behind her. Everyone is crowded around the T.V. Silent. "Hello! Have you come to a decision?" This time Steve steps up, "No. We need more time." She pouts, "Oh but I'm getting tired of waiting! So I've decided to help you decide!" She creates a sharp diamond knife. Oh god. Help me. She walks over and stands next to me. Turning and smiling at the camera. Even though I can only see the Avengers from behind I can guess their reactions. She slices the back of my shirt, not taking it completely off just leaving my back exposed. "So. Every 30 second I will cut (y/n) until you come to a decision. Like this!" She makes a sharp cut down my back, and I bite my lip to keep from crying out. The Avengers are silent.

30 seconds later. Another cut. And another. This goes on for five minutes. Ten cuts. I can feel the blood on my back. Finally, I hear Loki yell, "STOP! Just stop. We'll meet your demands." I see Tony step up to interrupt him but Loki stops him. "Just... Give us time. Three days." The Diamond pauses, "One day." I think Loki winces but I can't tell, "Ok. Alright. You will have me in shackles and a million dollars. Just leave her alone." The Diamond claps, "Yay! Oh, that's great. To be honest, I didn't expect you to be the one making the decision Loki." The screens go dark and she unshackles me from the wall, though I'm still handcuffed. I would kick her if I wasn't in so much pain. Then I realize this might be my only chance. Using my training, I turn around and kick her in the stomach, before taking off in a spring down the hallway. My hands are handcuffed in front of me. I don't know where I'm going, but I have to escape. I hear The Diamond running behind me, "Stop! Or I'll kill you!" I keep running. I see one of her diamond knives fly by my head. I run. I remember something I read online about Zebras zigzagging to avoid lions. Or cheetas. I don't remember. It doesn't matter. I'm about to start zigzagging when I feel a sharp pain in my shoulder, a knife hit me. My knees buckle. I fall to the ground. I hear The Diamond walking up behind me. "I told you to stop running."
