Chapter 11
Corbyn's POV
Corbyn walked out of the kitchen and sat down on the couch. He looked around for Rebecca but didn't see her, but the popcorn was on the coffee table. "Where'd Rebecca go?" Corbyn asked Jonah.
"Bathroom. She demanded we wait for her before we start."
"What about me?" Rebecca came back into the room and sat down next to Corbyn. "Jonah said you were running away to India to pursue being a potato farmer." Corbyn said sarcastically. Rebecca gave Jonah a weird look then started laughing, corbyn did too.
"Can we start the movie now?" Jonah said annoyed. "Yes please!" Rebecca replied. She grabbed the popcorn off the table and started munching on it.
Jonah pressed play and immediately was hooked. Same with Rebecca. Corbyn was surprised he still knew all the words. Jonah was belting his heart out throughout the whole movie.
Corbyn was surprised that Rebecca sang along as well, and she was really good too. He couldn't help but smile, there really was nothing Rebecca couldn't do, well except physics.
Corbyn tried to focus on the movie but was so distracted by Rebecca. After it was over Jonah insisted they watched the 2nd one. Of course Rebecca agreed.Corbyn looked at his phone to see a text from Daniel.
Dani: Hey you have the house to yourself, make a move on Rebecca!!!!
Corbyn: bro Jonah's here too
Dani: get rid of him I need #corbecca
Corbyn: ha no...ok its kinda catchy
Dani: ikr
Dani: I'll get rid of Jonah. Make a move. You'll thank me when your married with 3 kids.
Corbyn: Ok 😂
Corbyn turned off his phone and looked over at Jonah who was also on his phone.
"I'm gonna go to bed. You guys go ahead and finish the movie." Jonah said standing up.
"Good night Jo!" Rebecca called. Corbyn looked at Rebecca skeptically. "Jo? Really?" He chuckled
"I don't know I'm just trying it out." She smiled her perfect smile.
"Now sush this is my favorite song." Rebecca looked back to the TV. Corbyn couldn't help but smile and he started to sing along too.
Gabriella: It's like I knew you before we met (before we met)

Troy: And it was easy (so easy)

Troy: Ooh, yeah

Rebecca turned and looked at Corbyn, who smiled goofily.
*cheesy warning*
Then there was a moment, Corbyn and Rebecca stared into each others eyes. Corbyn found himself getting lost in the sea of her eyes. Rebecca seemed to be the same.Corbyn leaned in carefully, but got no rejection from Rebecca so far. Rebecca closed her eyes and let Corbyn get closer.
The anticipation of the kiss only made Corbyn more giddy. Their lips were merely inches away from each other. Before Rebecca's eyes suddenly opened. She whispered, "peanut butter"
Corbyn sat up confused, but then remembered the deal. "Really?!" He looked at his watch. "It's 2am!"She giggled innocently. "Go on." Rebecca pointed to the door leading to the backyard.
Corbyn glared at Rebecca but stood up headed outside. She smiled and followed him, but stayed inside.
Corbyn made his way over to the pool and looked back at Rebecca who was smiling smugly.Corbyn turned back to face the pool, but was suddenly pushed into the water. Corbyn came back up for air to see Rebecca laughing by the pool. "Oh you think your so funny don't you?" He smiled mischievously.
He jumped out and tried to give Rebecca a big hug. She shrieked and ran. Corbyn chased after her. He finally caught up to her and tackled her into a hug.
"Corbyn!" She laughed. She turned to face him. "You are unbelievable Corbyn Besson." She smiled.
"You are beautiful Rebecca Avery." Then he leaned in and kissed her.
