6 years later

"Is it really you", he asks holding out his hands and spinning me in a circle, then pulling me into a hug." It's been too long."

"It's me", I say, taking in all the surroundings.

"We made it"

"We did", I agreed.

"So how's livie", he asks.

I sit down, "getting big, she's almost two"

"I can't wait to meet her",were are they", he asks looking behind me.

Aaron decided to take her to the cafe, so we can catch up, how's your brothers",I ask.

"Shay actually told me to tell you something."

"Yea", I ask.

"He told me he's sorry about Kayla".

I sat back in my seat, I hadn't thought about that in along time. At least not the accident I think about Kayla everyday. Wishing she was still here to meet my adorable little girl and amazing husband. Wishing she could of been there all those years ago when me and drake had to say goodbye to our forbidden love, but it's better this way.

"It's okay", I reply sitting back in my seat.

When shay was in recovery he told drake everything that happened that night, and drake had told me. my memory recovered, but never had I thought shay would have been the one to put us in that situation and leave us there. Then again life was always changing.

Speaking of change I saw livie and Aaron heading our way. It wasn't ever going to be what me and drake had, but I was happy now, and he was happy too, taking full time care of his paralyzed brothers. Its funny how things end up, but at least we all ended up happy.

I had my memory back, memories that last forever, and most of all a family
