Chapter 8: Love Sick

Jennie's POV:

Ugh. I hate them! I'm now in our car on the way to Lisa's house. Those brats! They made me admit! 

*A while ago during Lunch*

"So unnie, did you just realized something now?" Nayeon asks teasingly.

"Shut the fuck up Im Nayeon,"  I'm getting red with all these teasings!

"Owh, so you do like her!?"  Jisoo asks getting excited and making a shocked face.

"Shh!! can u guys be quiet?!" I said rolling my eyes.

"You know what, think whatever you want. I'm out of here, I need to buy water," I said as I stood up.

"Jennie Kim is charge guilty of liking  Ms.Lalisa Manoban,"  Nayeon said smirking. Ugh! 

I can't let them know I like her, not now. They're just gonna tease me and maybe might expose me to Lisa by their teasing and noisy mouths! 

Okay fine. Maybe I do like her, but just like, okay? it's not as if I love her already. ugh! of all people why is it her? I mean she's cold a-and, and caring? Fuck. It's her caring side made me like her! 

"Ma'am, we have arrived," Our driver said interrupting my thoughts. I got down and went inside already. I quickly walk towards Lisa's room. Should I knock? Yeah, I definitely should cause I don't want that scene to happen again! I knock.

"Lisa?" 

"You may come," She answered. And so I open the door. She's coughing again.

"Why are you late?" She asks. Oh yeah, it's 8 pm already.

"Oh,Uhm, N-nayeon and Jisoo unnie asked me to hang out and have dinner after school." I answered. Damn, knowing that I do like her and admitting it just made me more nervous being near her! Keep your cool Jennie Kim, this is so unlikely of you! It should be her feeling nervous around you! But does she even like me too? ugh! It's fine, this is just infatuation. it'll just be temporary.

"You should have told me," She said coldly.

"Y-yeah, Sorry," Right. I forgot to tell her! That was rude of you Jennie! 

"Uhm, d-did you eat already?" I ask. 

"No. I was waiting for you, but it seems like you had dinner already," She answered not looking at me. She was waiting for me?! Gosh, I'm blushing.

"What?! You should eat already!"

"It's fine, let's start with our project already. So we could finish it." She said coughing. I'm becoming really worried about her! Is she really okay? Oh yeah, I still have the calamansi juice with me. Should I give it already? 

"U-uhm, here. I bought this for you," I said giving the bottle without looking at her.

"It may help lessen your cough. D-don't assume things okay? I just hate when people cough!" I look at her. 

"T-thanks," She said and grab the drink. She smiled! Omg, this is the second time! She was going to sit on her study table when I stop her.

"Yah! You didn't eat yet!"

"I told you, It's fine. I'm not hungry"

"What do you mean it's fine Manoban?! It's not! You look sick and eating is a must!" Shit. I sounded so concerned!

"I m-mean, we won't be able to finish this early if you'll get sick you know! So better eat!"

"I don't want to."
