Destroying people's lives makes me feel more alive each time I see them suffer.

Just like today, this suffering group of mongrels lying all around me is a masterpiece.

"Wha-- what did we do for you to-- treat us like this?" One of them asked faintly. I looked at him and walked towards him. "Ugh!" He exclaimed when I stomped my right foot on his neck.

"Nothing. I just love seeing people like you suffer-- and die." I said with a cheschire smile on my face as I ended his goddamn life with a hard thrust on his head.

"Let me get this straight. You saw the culprit but you didn't recognized him?" I don't believe this guy.

"Yes officer. You see, all I saw was a black figure, nothing more."

"It all happened in broad daylight but you're telling me that all you saw was a black figure? How was that even possible, huh?" I'm starting to get piss by this piece of worthless witness.

"I don't know, okay? I'm just telling you what I know and what I saw."

"You know what, leave. Thank you for your time and cooperation but you're just wasting my time." I said while pinching both ends of my brows.

I started browsing and looking at the photos of the victims who were killed earlier today. I can't believe that only one guy did this, and what's worse? He did it in broad daylight.

KNOCK! KNOCK! KNOCK!

"Come in." I said without looking at the door.

"Inspector Hayward, you need to see this." I raised my head and saw Officer Rouge holding an envelope.

"What is this?" I asked as I reached out for the envelope.

"Those are the profiles and photos of nine highschool kids who were killed by an unknown culprit. Six of them were killed in a cabin located in Cherlain Forest while the remaining three were killed in the hospital after they were rescued, also in the cabin."

"Goddamn." I can't believe what I'm seeing right now. These kids were killed brutally. "Whoever did this is fucking sick. Wait-- Kessler Alv? Ricciane Alv?"

"They're siblings Sir."

"Yes, I know that but Kessler Alv was put into a mental institute. How did he escaped?"

"One of the doctors helped him escaped, Scheindina Santiago was the doctor sir but unfortunately she's also dead."

"Why didn't anyone informed me that he had escaped? I'm the one in-charge with Kessler Alv's case and now you're telling me that he's fucking dead like I'm not even involved with this matter?" I didn't even notice that I'm already standing. "I can't believe that I wasn't aware of everything." I said as I turned my back at him and gazed outside the window.

"I apologize Inspector Hayward but the Chief removed you on the case right before he had escaped that's why no details were sent to you." What he just said made my dander jumped out of my head.

"What did you say? I was removed from the case?" He nodded as a response. "And what's the reason why?" I asked calmly, I'm trying to control myself. It's not his fault that's why I shouldn't be mad at him.

"The Chief thought that Alv's case was too easy for you to handle that's why he decided to have you removed from it."

"Easy? What now? Now that all of these happened, he's now giving me the fucking case back?" I asked sarcastically. "Where's the Chief? I wanna talk to him."

"I don't think that is even possible Sir."

"What? And why is that?" This guy's killing me.

"The Chief died earlier today from a heart attack. They're still looking for a replacement."

"What the fuck." I threw myself on my chair out of disbelief. "What the fuck is wrong with this world?"

I received a call later this afternoon and it was from a reporter, they'd like to do an interview about the killings.

And now here I am, sitting on the couch watching myself on the tv. Oh boy, I sure looked so stressed.

"The authorities are still clueless on the culprit's identity of the case named Cabin Massacre wherein nine highschool kids were brutally killed. Here's Inspector James Hayward of the Bridgestone Police Department to answer some of our questions. Glad to have you here Inspector."

"Glad to be here too Jimmy."

"Alright, let's get straight to the point. Earlier today, a group of students were also killed in a lonesome alley near Yellowpoint Street. Now, do you think the culprit of the Cabin Massacre did the killings too?

"That's possible. We saw similarities on the two killings and we're not ignoring the possibility that these two cases are related. First, all of the victims were students and they were killed brutally. Some of them were dismembered and some were not. We can really say that whoever did this is one hell of a guy."

"You're right Inspector, that is why the city of Bridgestone wanted the culprit caught and detained as soon as possible."

"We all want that to happen. We're doing everything that we can to solve this case and also we'll make sure that no more killings will occur in Bridgestone."

BLEEEP!

"Why did you turn off the tv Inspector James Hayward?" A very familiar voice, I turned my head around and there I saw Vanessa standing by the door, smiling with her hands crossed.

I then stood up and started walking towards her.

"Well, I looked kinda stressed on that interview and I was thinking if you could help me relieve my stress?" I said with a smile on my face. Her smile widened as she grabbed me on my collar and started kissing me like there's no tomorrow.

Not a minute passed and we're now lying on the bed with her on top of me. She started undressing me and threw my clothes away.

"You better fix that first thing tomorrow." I said as we both chuckled.

"Hush now Inspector. This is your night so enjoy it, okay?" I just nodded.

The night's still long and we still got a lot of gas left in our tanks so we started grindin' like hell.
