Chapter 23: Danny's POV

'Dan Dan Dan Dan Dan' Theo cried, i pulled him onto my lap sleepily as it was only 7am. 

'Why you wake me so early little man?' i asked quietly trying not to wake the others up

'Doggie, Bzz' he stated to me whilst pointing to dougie and buzz. I sat up and looked over to them , Dougies shirt was covered in blood, Buzz's outfit was also bloodstained. 

'Go wake up Tom and Liam' i whispered to him as i woke up Niall. I tried multiple time to wake Dougie and Buzz up but neither of them would move. Theo cried in the corner because he was so scared of what was wrong with Dougie and Buzz. Tom carried Buzz upstairs and changed his outfit, he couldnt see anything wrong with him but we wanted to be safe. Me and Tom have to go to court today so Liam and Niall said they would take Dougie and Buzz to the hospital. I lifted Dougie's lifeless body into the car, he was so skinny and extremely light, i wrapped a blanket around him then sat him in Liams car, Tom put Buzz next to Dougie then shut the doors. We said we would look after Theo so that he didnt have to go to hospital again, last time he did it was for the death of his father. The only other time he went to hospital was when his mum threw him down the stairs, he still wakes up screaming because of it. 

Theo sang to us on the way to Manchester, we had to drive past his old house and the fear in her eyes was so upsetting. He cried silently when he needed the toilet because his mum used to beat him up for crying, we tried to tell him that it's ok to cry but he stayed silent.  We drove home before going to court so that we could leave Theo with Tyler and Chris, he couldnt go to court either, bad memories. 

'Theo, will you be a good boy for Tyler and Chris?' i asked as i bent down to speak to Theo, he gave me a big hug and ran to Tom crying. 

'We'll be back soon i promise' Tom said to Theo, he didnt believe us but we had to go, Tyler carried him inside singing one of the songs Niall usually sings to him, he started to quieten as Tyler shut the front door. We got into the car to head to Manchester court where Tom would get to say exactly how he felt about Harry. That will go well...

I pulled into the car park hidden round the back, hundreds of cameras were around the court with fans surrounding them. Police came and escorted us inside safely. We were directed around and shown where to go. I left Tom in the room we were told to wait in so i could go and see Harry. He looked a mess! His orange onesie was covered in mud and dirt and his face was pale and dirty. I felt bad for him. 

A officer took me to the glass pane where i was able to speak to Harry

'tell tom it wasnt me' he groaned at me

'I'll leave that to the court to decide. Dougies in hospital' Harry was dragged out of the room before i could explain why Dougie was in hospital, i guess i dont know why really. I was reunited with tom just outside the court room. i had to sit in a private bit as i was going to have to talk later on. The case dragged on for hours before i spoke,

'Did Harry seem suspicious?' i was asked just after i sat down.

'no' i really don't know if he did it so why do i have to be asked?

About 3 hours later the court case finished, Harry was found not guilty. Tom shouted at him a lot even though he is not guilty, Harry was driven to our house by the police whilst i took Tom home in my car. it was a bit of an awkward drive.

About 15 minutes into the drive home  my phone started ringing, it was niall. i got tom to put it on loud speaker so i could talk to him.

'How are you getting on?' i asked

'Buzz was absolutely fine. Dougies stomach split,they have fixed it now and we are coming to yours. Is it ok if we spend the night at yours?' i agreed and thanked him then we carried on the drive.

As soon as we got in the house Tom ran into his room, Theo cried as Tom ran past him without speaking, i picked him up and held him tight to calm him down. i explained to Tyler and Chris what had happened, they were disgusted! Harry eventually arrived home but he went for a walk straight away, we called for a chinese because none of us could be bothered to cook.

Just after we ate it Niall and the others got home, i went and got Dougie out of the car whilst Liam took Buzz to Tom, Niall tickled Theo then carried him inside.

'Do you mind if we stay here for a while? with two of our friends?' Niall asked explaining that they wanted a little holiday

'Sure, What friends?' I asked

'Michael and Calum'

'Yeah sure!'  we skyped them to sort it out then decided to carry Theo and Dougie into their beds. Wait! Harry hasnt come home for over 5 hours!
