The glowing orange setting sun spanned over the horizon, shining through the spaces between the trees. The dimming light was causing the forest to glow like a tropical paradise, with flowers blooming on shrubs and green grass swaying in the sun. The swishing ocean waves could be heard in the distance on the shores of the wide, clean beach while birds flew over from the rocky terraces in the center of the island. Yes, Dinobot Island was very peaceful.

That is...if it weren't for the dinobots.

Bumblebee felt his legs shaking as he faced the terrifying beasts growling deep in their thoughts, scanning their prey and licking their lip components. Optimus moved his tail in front of Bumblebee as the Prime stared down Grimlock, the leader of the Dinobots. Ratchet and Blitzwing stared down Snarl, who swished his spiked tail back and forth, waiting for the right moment to strike. Lugnut and Bulkhead were watching Swoop, the lithe dinobot was swinging his mace with an unreadable expression, wings pressed firmly to his back. There was no telling what the pterodactyl was planning.

These forms made them vulnerable to the Dinobot's fire and claws more than usual. And now with Megatron knocked out against his Second, what chance did they have against the savage creatures?

Apparently, they were going to find out.

Grimlock gave a might roar, "If Autobots no leave Deceptions to Dinobots, Dinobots go through Autobots too!" the T-rex charged at the group.

Optimus hissed and leaped at the dinobot to meet him head on. Optimus evaded Grimlock's claws and slashed his claws across the dinosaur's snout. Grimlock growled and stomped his feet to step on Optimus. The Prime jumped back to avoid the bot's crushing step. Optimus flared his blue and red wings and shot up into the sky. Grimlock roared furiously at the Prime, trying to bite him and drag him down. Optimus flew down and latched onto Grimlock's back and raked his claws through the metal, ripping out wires and fuel lines while Grimlock howled in pain.

The T-Rex roared angrily and called to his dinobots. Bumblebee ducked when Swoop bounded last the group and went to join Grimlock, mace swirling in his hand.

"Optimus!" Ratchet called. The medic leaped at Swoop and bit down on the dinobot's arm and dragged him down. Swoop landed hard on the dirt and Bulkhead ran over to slash at his face. Swoop growled and swung the mace at Bulkhead's side, colliding with the green dragon's arm and making him cry out in pain.

Bumblebee grabbed Sari off his back and turned to Starscream who was still in the center, shaking so hard that Megatron could probably feel it even unconscious. Sari gasped at Bumblebee.

"Bumblebee! What-"

"Drastic times call for drastic measures. My team needs me."

"But not him!"

He turned to Starscream, "Starscream," the seeker looked up at him wide-eyed, "I need you to hold on to Sari too! Keep her safe and the second Megatron wakes up, keep her hidden! Do you understand me?"

Starscream shakily nodded, "I-I promise." He wrapped his claws around Sari, bringing her under his wing on the grass, shielded by Megatron still lying in Starscream's arm. Sari grumbled.

Bumblebee turned back and saw Blitzwing facing off Snarl once again, Icy already in play. Bumblebee ran up to join him.

"Ready for a rematch, Dino-doofus?" Bumblebee taunted.

Snarl growled and swung his spiky tail at the two dragons. They both jumped and Bumblebee leaped on Snarl's side. He dug his nails into the bot's frame making Snarl roar in fury. Blitzwing charged up ice in his mouth, much like normal dragons breath fire, and blasted Snarl in the face with the cold flurry. Snarl tried to shake off the ice a while throwing himself around trying to shake off Bumblebee, but the yellow dragon wouldn't give.
