After my explosion yesterday, I expected things to be awkward the next day at school. But it wasn't. Bill waved me over to the table and I sat in my usual spot next to Richie

Richie: Hey eds

He ruffled my hair and sent me a smile.

Eddie: Stop calling me Eds!

Richie: Aw, you know you love it.

I rolled my eyes and joined the conversation.

It was like how it was before. Before we started dating.
Before everything got complicated and before I fell in love.

I had soccer practice every day after school. I was dominating the field and became more popular as I won each game.

But I still stuck with my Losers.

I became close friends with some of my soccer team mates. Will specifically since we had to spend so much time together. But I also met Lucas, and Max, the teams power couple.

Eddie: Guys, this is Will, Lucas and Max.

I said one day at lunch

Eddie: Mind if they sit with us?

They all nodded and we took our seats. I was in my soccer uniform and shin braces since we had a big game tonight.

Bill: So h-how's soccer going captain?

Will: Great actually. Tonight we're going against our rivals and when we win, we're announcing a surprise.

Stan: Cool, we'll be there

Lucas: It's gonna be totally tubular! The whole school is gonna be there

Everyone gave Lucas an odd look

Max: I told you not to say "tubular"...

Richie

Will reminded me a lot of Eddie. Small framed but strong and determined. I noticed that they became close friends which bugged me a bit, but I have no say in who he hangs out with if we aren't dating.

And boy, I wish we still were...  I keep thinking about what he said, "and until you grow a pair and decide to step the fuck up and treat me like I'm important to you, we're DONE"

So that's exactly what I'm going to do. Give him space, and then wham! Put the charm on and get him back.

Because he's my sweetheart and I miss him so much

I've given him about two weeks and tonight is the night i show him how much I care about him. I really do, and it may not seem like it... but it's hard for me to display my feelings

After school everyone was buzzing with excitement over the soccer game. If they win this match, Derry goes to Nationals .

Bill, Stan, Mike and I sat on the cold bleachers above the soccer field. It was nigh time and the entire school was there. In the corner of the field was Eddies fan base,

Hormonal teenage girls that deny the fact that he's gay and hold up signs to support him. 

Mike: This game is gonna be epic! WHOO NUMBER 7!

Stan: GO EDDIE!!!!

Soon everyone started to cheer for number 7 (Eddie). He looked up at us and waved.
