So what really happened after Viola got knocked out?

Viola woke up on the cold, hard floor of the ground surrounding the pool. She didn't move but looked around to see the state everyone else was in. To her right, near the door, Hannah lay unconscious.

But where are Sherlock and Irene? Viola thought to herself.

She stole a glance over to the other door, where the Moriartys had seemed to make their base.

For some reason, they were both still standing there, but were looking down and speaking at something-or someone-that was being blocked from Viola's vision by a cabinet.

She could faintly hear the words.

It was the older Moriarty's distinctive voice.

"She never really loved you. Your child is a lie. Every time I think of what you did, I feel like killing you all over again."

Then Viola heard a muffled version of the distinctive voice of Sherlock.

"Oh, killing me, that's so 17 years ago."

Viola dared herself to move a bit to see better, but a pain in her leg caused her to cry out.

"No," she whispered as the Moriartys both turned their heads in her direction.

"Well, look who's awake!" Merissa cried.

Viola tried to stand but the pain in her leg shot through again.

She felt the weight of a gun in her coat pocket. Where did- She saw Sherlock stand up and, since he was taller than the cabinet, Viola saw him nod at her.

She took it out and gripped it tightly.

"Oh, I seen you've got one, too!" Merissa yelled as she also whipped out a gun.

Viola figured she needed to do something surprising to delay Merissa shooting the gun. From what Merissa had seen, Viola might as well not be the daughter of a sociopath, she seemed to care about others so much.

"I could leave, right now, seeing as there's a window behind me. You could have my friend, I don't care about her, I only care about myself."

"You..don't...care?" Merissa said, clearly showing that this had thrown her off.

"I'm a high functioning sociopath. It's generic." Viola said.

Then, a gunshot, and Viola felt the cold, wet impact of the pool water,
