Chapter 1- Secret Friends

The sun rose high in the sky and Kim Taehyung was excited to meet his new friends. The boy hurried out of bed to start his daily chores and do the homework his mother had assigned to him,since he was homeschooled. The boy rushed through everything making his parents wonder what had happened to him.
They decided not to confront him, thinking that he was just eager to go to the beach.
Taehyung finished yes duties in only two hours and was about to race down to the beach until he remembered,they had not said a time to meet up. He decided to still go and wait till they showed up. After about five minutes of swimming, Taehyung reached the big rock that was just off the coast of Jeju.
"Yah! What took you so long Taehyung we've been waiting for half an hour!" Taehyung scoffed. "You guys never set a time to meet so..." Jungkook facepalmed and Taehyung felt something hit him under the water. "Which one of you hit me?" The question was ignored by both of them. "How about we meet up at the 10th hour." They all agreed to Jungkook's suggestion.

Four years soon passed, the boys continued to meet in secret. Though there were some days where their parents would become suspicious there was never any huge problem, that was until Taehyung's parents decided to send him to school. Both his parents were becoming drowned in their work in the village and having to homeschool their son made their lives alot more difficult.
The moment Tae was told this he immediately ran out of the hut and to the beach. His parents decided that he needed some time alone after the news so they let him be. He dove into the water and raced to the rock that Jimin and Jungkook seemed to always be at. When he arrived they were there as he expected, bickering about something dumb. "Jimin hyung my tail is longer than yours by two inches!" Jimin huffed. "Well I was born in Busan first." Taehyung rolled his eyes. "Do you guys have nothing better to do." The two sea boys turned around immediately. "Tae!" Exclaimed a jappy Jungkook, while Jimin swam over to him and wrapped his arms around him. "Hey guys." The two looked at Tae questionably. His tone was not normal. "TaeTae you okay?" Asked Jimin, Taehyung just shook his head. "Aww what's wrong?" "My parents want to send me to school." Taehyung normally educated his fish friends about his world so they knew what school was. Jungkook gasped while Jimin teared up. "Does this mean we'll never see each other again?" Jimin asked, trying hard not to cry. "I don't know Jiminie." A sob broke out and Taehyung was engulfed in another hug. Jimin and Jungkook clung to him with tears streaming down their faces. "Me and Kookie'll be nice to eachother just please stay." Tae began to cry too until he had an idea. "What if we meet eachother at night and on weekends because I have no school then." The two others nodded furiously. And there began the new routine.

The week that Taehyung was to begin school had arrived. He'd spent the entire weekend with the two clingy sea creatures. The minute Taehyung walked into the classroom he wanted to walk back out. The children stared at him like he was some strange creature, he felt so far from the ocean. He took a seat next to a pretty girl ,but she just looked at him in disgust. "Why did you sit next to me." The way she said it didn't make it sound neither friendly nor like a question. Taehyung apologized and got up to take an empty seat at the very back of the class.
The school day was not even close to ending and Taehyung was sick of it by third period. The boy endured knowing that break would be soon since the school day was separated into three. Break was right around the corner and Taehyung couldn't wait any longer. He twitched restlessly in his seat,not being able to pay attention. "Kim Taehyung is there a problem?" The entire class turned their heads towards him,he blushed and shook his head. "Well then I'll only let you off since it's your first day but please pay attention." Some kids smirked while others snickered as the teacher went back to teaching.  The break that was long awaited finally came and Kim Taehyung dashed out of the school as quickly as he could. He ran and ran knowing he only had thirty minutes. As he reached the water a voice called out to him. "Hey you! You know you can't go in the water you'll die kid come here." A tall man walked up to him Taehyung rolled his eyes. He was so close but now there was no chance of  seeing his friends. The man put a hand on Taehyung's shoulder but he got too close to the water and his foot got a slight burn. Taehyung was completely fine and the man became confused. "How did you not get burnt?" He asked. Taehyung knew his secret was out, his eyes widened. He pushed the man into the water and ran. The man began screaming as his skin began to melt like butter, the water more fierce than an open flame. Taehyung tried to block out the man's screams as he ran. The thing about Taehyung is that whenever he goes swimming as soon as he gets out of the water his body automatically drys as if the ocean is tying to keep his secret for him. That day the man burned faster than any human had ever burned in the sea.
Taehyung ran and ran along the beach. He began to cry. He'd just killed someone. He dashed into the water and swam to the spot. The two others were there as usual. "Guys?" He called his voice cracking. "Tae!" They both yelled in surprise. Taehyung just burst into tears. The two others jumped into action, hugging the boy and kissing his tears away. "TaeTae what's wrong?" Seemed like Jimin's line. "I k-killed h-him." The young boy whimpered. "Tae it's okay. I'm sure it was an accident." Taehyung shook his head still sobbing. "N-no I p-pushed a h-human into the w-water." Jimin sighed and rubbed his back. "Tae I'm a siren I didn't choose to be one but in the future after I've gotten my fangs and made a young one I'll have to sink ships as a job Tae. My fangs are what I'll use to rip  the flesh off of the sailors that murdered the ancients. Will you still love me even when I'm like that?" Taehyung nodded without hesitation. "Well Jimin and I will still love you even though you did that, Taehyung it was your instinct. You aren't completely human you know. It was your instinct to protect your secret and we love you no matter what. Besides no one's gonna find out." Tae nodded and finally calmed down, but then the thought that had been haunting him for a while came back. "Kookie, Jiminie? What am I?" They both smiled. "Your our TaeTae." Said Jimin. "No you're an idiot that's what." They all laughed. "Way to ruin the moment Kook."
And so the three continued to spend time together, nothing and no one could keep them away from eachother they were best friends by label but deep down they all knew that they were something more to eachother. Taehyung went home that day not having returned to the school spending way more time than his break with his friends. That day was the day Kim Taehyung began to develop feelings for his two CHINGUS~~~{LMAO sorry I couldn't help it just imagine that as early tape aka ear rape lmavob lmao}. In the end who knows what will happen in the future.
