I was walking rarity home when i decided to ask her and clear all my doubts about it "Rares?..." I started "yes Jackie" she answered "are ya really a neko? Ah mean it's fine if ya are ah like ya no matter what seriously..." I said she stopped on her tracks "y-yes i am.." She said looking the floor "why didn't ya tell meh earlier ah wouldn't have judged ya for it" i said holding her hand "i was scared of what might have happened.... I didn't want to loose you because of my nature.." She said i stroked her short hair and kissed her forehead "Rares tell me...what have ah been telling ya since forever..." I said looking her in the eyes "that you like me no matter what darling" she said i nodded and she hugged me "I'm so happy that i have someone like you in my life Jackie" she said "yea....let's walk you home already i need to go back home" i said i held her hand till we reached her house i was about to kiss her when the front door opened on us "care to explain Rarity Rachel Belle?" A female voice with the same accent that rarity has said i looked up and saw a woman similar to rarity but she had long dark curled hair "hello mother what brings you here?" Rarity said smiling why is she smiling? "Who is she rarity?" The woman said "she is my girlfriend mum" rarity said the woman looked at me up and down "ugh.....rarity we need to talk say bye to your um....'girlfriend'..." She said coldly rarity nodded and before leaving she gave me a kiss on the lips i smiled and went home so that must be Rarity's mother she is umm classy i see that's probably why rarity is really good in fashion

Rarity POV

"So Rarity that girl you are dating looks like a farmer to me" my mum said looking at me "that's because she is a farmer mum she works hard and she is really honest" i said "still a farmer to me what is it that she has that Romeo and Fancy Pants don't have you had to choose between one of the two but no you had to go and date that poor farmer" mum said i was getting angry and without notice i made my ears and tail show "mum stop! Dad was a farmer too but now he is a famous business man! Why can't you see!! All you care about is money i don't want my relationship to be based on money!" I yelled "okay that's enough!.... i don't think a relationship should be based on money" she said " but that's what you are saying i need to date rich people and guess what rich people have money that i don't want!" I said "i want you to date a rich person male or female i don't care as long as they can take care of you that's all that counts" she said i looked at her a little guilty for yelling "but if i dated a rich person they could abuse me because they don't really love me and they would just show me around and you know how our mating is different from Hunan's mating we nekos still have polygamy while humans don't humans love one and give their attention to one only that's what Applejack is doing all she thinks about is me she keeps telling me and i don't believe but she showed me more than once" i said smiling "i don't approve of her being with you i just can't I'm sorry Rarity" she said "that's just unfair!" i said yelling "the only unfair thing is your disobedience now go to your room and think about what we have just discussed young lady..." She said i looked at her and growled "i hate you" i said "it's for your own good " you don't know what's good for me......you're too selfish to notice" i said running to my room slamming the door i should have known she is selfish and nothing will change that....

(A/N that was really harsh Rarity's mother is really protective and loving but she needs to open up her eyes -for who has seen the feel must understand- what do you think about Rarity's mother is she right wrong too protective just being selfish and why won't she want her daughter to love a farmer like she did?!
