°Miscoordinations Can Triumph°

"It's fine, sensei. I'll do this." Michimiya smiled at her.

"Okay."

When Junko hit the serve, the v-ball girls club's adviser was climbing up the ladder. Takeda-sensei was at the top of it and helped her up. "How are you?" he inquired with a smile.

"Absolutely well. How about you?"

"Sensei! Who is she?" Coach Ukai elbowed Takeda-sensei from behind, whispering and blushing.

"I can't believe you don't remember me, Ukai-dono."

"Geh-- Anaji!? Matsuno Anaji?"

The ball descended to Nimura's hand, a slap resounded followed by a thud; she clicked her tongue at Yuyuki. Who beamed at her with flowers floating about. Saito hastily dug the ball but it bounced off to the back. Izanami ran after it and executed a back-set to Kaede, who was already leaping.

"One touch!" Yuyuki said as the ball flew to the back after bouncing from her hand.

Etsuko and Norimiki dashed for the ball, halting when they nearly crashed into each other. The ball was descending in front of them, Norimiki kneed it up and lost her balance; accidentally sweeping Etsuko's ankles as she fell. Etsuko managed to do an overhand pass before she also fell to the floor but the pass was short.

Junko sprinted to the ball and was about to dump it over to the other side but it got caught in the net instead of her hand. She swore and went to help the fallen duo with Yuyuki.

01-01. Izanami whooped with her teammates as they rotated.

"You idiots alright?" they were about to reluctantly nod when Yuyuki sharply added, "Then don't forget coordination with your teammates!"

The duo were about to retort when the white-blonde sighed. "Great job keeping the ball in play, though."

Izanami repeatedly thwacked the ball on the floor, ceasing at the whistle. She threw the ball in the air, ran after it, flinging her arms back momentarily before leaping to serve the ball. It bumped past the net, she let out an eep and sighed in relief.

Etsuko stopped short when she saw Yuyuki going for the ball, but Norimiki dove for it too early. She plopped onto the floor and Yuyuki tripped over her after receiving the ball. "Omaera! Daijobu?!" Michimiya's eyes turned white in worry.

"Etsuko!" Junko managed to pass the ball.

The bun girl jogged to meet it, setting it up. Yuyuki leaped and so did Norimiki, who laughed after they collided. They landed on their rears then the ball bounced off the white-blonde's head.

Sudou was quick to lock Yuyuki's shoulders in her elbow pits to stop the 1st-year from murdering her teammate, who was still laughing at their (her) clumsiness.

01-02. The v-ball girls on the balcony were now hanging their heads low.

The 1st set was taken by Izanami's team with the score of 16-25. They teased the 1st-years by thanking them for making plenty of mistakes and miscoordinations.

Yuyuki, who usually yelled at the iother 1st-years, was white all over (even her clothes) and blue on the face. "Oii, are you girls seriously trying to lose?" Tsukishima taunted from the balcony.

"Tsukki!" Yamaguchi blanched in horror.

"Control yourself, Yuyuki-kun!" Michimiya was pulling back the colorless white-blonde from another attempt on murder.
