What it's like to be in a relationship with Rutile, Sensei, and Phosphophyllite

(Canon universe)

Rutile:

Rutile is kinda a private person so he and his relationship would not be something he'd shout out to the whole world.

-He figures it's nice to have someone really special to him but he doesn't want that unique-ness being flaunted. The only people who'd have a complete understanding of how he feels about you would be Yellow, Sensei, and Padparascha.

-Rutile doesn't treat his lover any different when he's out in public with the rest of the gems. In public..meaning it's a whole different story when you two are alone.

-His gaze might linger on you for longer than he thinks he did during a Lunarian attack. He has a  habit of admiring the way your (If your a Gem) body twists and the speeds your legs move at entice him. However, he's still down to earth none the less. If your a human that miraculously survived the extinction of humanity Rutile put's your safety first but appreciates the extra help when repairing Gems.

-When the two of you get time alone together, he becomes more a flirt. You know, the kinda flirt making cheesy pick-up nonstop. (#Can'tstopwon'tstop). Rutile holds back all romantic intentions for hours on end and the moment he gets to express his love he'll be as subtle about as possible to avoid losing his composer.

-He'll kiss your hands and whisper all the reasons he adores you into your ears. He of course likes to just stare into yours eyes for who knows how long.

-Other than that, Rutile's love for someone comes out in the small little things he does here and there, such as helping you fall asleep for hibernation, asking if you were injured during a fight, or refreshing your memory if you lost any part of your body.

-When you are injured however or a piece of your Gem body is lost Rutile will spend his time reminding of you of everything your could've forgotten even if you lost a finger.

-He's not your typical partner by any means. Knowing Rutile, he likes to experiment and research things he doesn't understand. You would be the type of person to understand that and never be bothered by not hearing "I love you"'s at the most random of times.

-His worst fear is you dying or being taken to the Moon.

Kongo-Sensei:

-Being a fairly quite Gem compared to the others, not to mention his wisdom and short temper, he is looked upon as a Father-Figure to the younger Gems. Being with Sensei would require a love to sleep since he's usually meditating which turns into hour long naps. Since Sensei is in fact a father-figure that would mean everyone would start looking to you as a mother figure. 

-You automatically adopted a bunch of Gem children.

-If your not a Gem Sensei doesn't want you battling, he would rather have you doing a safer job. Seeing you hurt would actually traumatize him.

-He would be proud to be with his lover and he would teach you about the Gems and even tell you about his connection to the Lunarians if he trusts you enough.

-You would teach him about the things Humans enjoyed. He would be interested in your excitement even though he has a permanent 'resting bi*ch' face.

-He wouldn't completely stop himself from showing affection in front of his Gemlings, offering you kind smiles, warm cuddles, and kisses on the corner of your mouth even if other eyes were watching. I repeat he is not a huge PDA guy.

-That being said, if he is meditating or getting over a Gem being taken, he looks to you for comfort or tries to conceal his distraught. But he knows you know him too well to fall for that trick.

-Sensei really doesn't have a preference. All of his gemlings together create a spectrum of personalities and a living as long as he does would give him a chance to be adapt to all kinds of quirks and traits. However, someone kind and loving (As a father/mother figure should be) would truly be appreciate by Kongo-Sensei. He needs a kind girl/guy that won't mind caring for him and his gems. Sensei needs someone he could wake up to after a long, tiresome day and would give him the tender or stubborn love and care that he so desperately needs and knowing him couldn't ask of that from his gems.

-He returns the favor of course. If his lover were to ever succumb to stress of living in this dangerous world, he's going to make them feel comfort with cuddles and rather cheesy pick-up lines. He'll give you a massage or whatever that makes you happy. 
Basically, Kongo-Sensei is a very caring, affectionate lover so long as it's never interfering with meditations and/or the safety of his gems.

 Phosphophyllite:

-Phosphophyllite is not a very serious person (at least not the majority of the time) and that certainly extends into their relationship. 

-Their lover would need to be someone who can take a joke and tolerate his schemes, the patience of a god is required. 

-Due to their personality changes its gonna be you who has to adapt to their new traits and habits. He doesn't have to adapt to you since no matter how much of his memory is lost he keeps falling in love with you regardless.

-But, Phosphophyllite is also extremely protective of his lover. Since you are one of the only  things in his eternal life that gives him meaning, purpose, and joy he'll want to keep out of harms way, especially after he lost Antarc. Though they don't get serious often, there are a few times that he worries for your mental health and nags you about how you feel or he'll just spend the day with you.

-Phos is not easily flustered after he gains Lapis' head but before that he'll be a pick-up line king and ruler of of accidental dirty jokes.

-Sensei and the others are clearly aware of the relationship between you two and knows what Phos is like when he wants something or wants to be with someone so they'll support you and Phos because is best boi.

- Sadly, after the little expedition to the moon the idea of using you to get Phos back comes to mind because everyone knows would never want to hurt someone he cares about. 

- When Phos would get super excited about something (like a date or a new species they found) they are definitly going to flaunt it and brag.

-Phos will not hesitate to talk to you when something is on his mind. He'll find a quite place to talk you two will have a long meaningful conversion about whatever will be bothering or stressful. If you are human the one thing that's always on his mind is you dying and he'll still be alive.

-There are quiet, tender moments between Phos and his lovely (gem or human) no matter how common they may seem–maybe during pillow fight, or when Phos is calm and nonchalant, he'll talk you about meaningless things or just tell how much he cares for you. His words will be surprisingly profound and thoughtful which surprises most of the gems. 

- When hibernation comes he demands that you sleep with him but then you have to explain that humans don't hibernate and if you are a gem you do in fact sleep soundly with till he awakens.
