Uvarovite(ユニアバート, or Yuviabāto), or Una for short, is the main protagonist of Attack on Titan and newest gem member. They're strong yet weak when it comes to fighting - not suited for battle at first. They were born alone and shy of coming in contact with the other gems. Una refuses to talk to them because he wants to defeat the Lunarians by themselves.

Una's initial job was to catch up on Gem history and take upon the job assigned to Lapis Lazuli which they progressed a lot more than Phos had interest in. They promised Phos and Sensei that they'd bring every gem that was ever taken to the moon back home.

Una so far is the only Gem, besides Phos, who has had the most to constant body and Personality swaps. As well occasional memory visions from the gems that become part of their body.

Their hardness is a perfect 8. The newest member, at five hundred years old amongst the jewels.They are rash and too reckless and cannot do anything without breaking it, but they are given the job of completing an Encyclopedia for (with) Phos. They're first job with and first partner.

Appearance:

Uvarovite has Forest-green features. Their hair is short, originally just over the ears, with wide eyes, small lashes, and now girl like features, but grew longer over the years due to them not taking care of themselves and falling into a light depression because of the helpless feeling they get when someone gets taken. Over the course of the story, parts of their body are replaced with other gems and metals. They lose their original arms when when they fight the moon people for the first time. After a lackluster battle with the Moon People, by Una's request they are replaced with copper which makes their arms very hard and stronger.

After a spear made of lapis lazuli pierces through their chest trying to protect Citrine, they were replaced with Goshenite fragments that washed up on the shore a while later, they have frequent flashbacks of Goshenite's memory. Their new arms can become very hot and become malleable at will. Not like Phos new arms but just like clay or rubber. They also use their alloy to give their shoes heels, inspired by Onyx (levi). From this point on, Una carries the heaviest sword and uses it during patrol and battles.

They wear a standard winter uniform and black shoes without socks, occasionally accompanied by long black gloves. Along with the copper surrounding his neck like a noose because he was trying  to fight a bunch of Lunarians after he just got his power. It wrapped around his neck and nearly snapped his head off.

Extra:
Uvarovite is a rare, calcium-chromium emerald-green variety of Garnet. Together with grossular (calcium-aluminum) and andradite (calcium-iron), it makes up the series of ugrandite garnets. These three have similar crystal structure and form, but just have different chemical proportions.

It is very hard, heavy, fragile, and has no cleavage. Its crystals are transparent with a luster just a little less than that of diamond. It has a relatively high melting point and is insoluble in acids.
