Was I the new King of Dragons? How the hell did this happen? I looked around at everyone who kneeled all around me. No one questioned it, seeing the marking on my back and Dragas, my larger than the other dragons, dragon. Everyone knew that I was born to be the next King, or as the Grand Woman started, Queen. I looked at Dragas hoping he had answers but he looked just as lost as I did. Now, what do we do? Looking around I felt like my back started to get hot, I gripped on my shirt as the burning feeling grew hotter. My back literally felt like it was being burned by dragon fire. I screamed falling to my knees, I felt my shirt burning to ash starting with my back. My mark was burning me now, Dragas was even in pain. Everyone gathered around me wondering what was happening and if they could help. The Grand Woman tried to touch me but her hand was burned.

"It's the mark, I don't know why but it seems to be attacking her now." Everyone was confused by what was happening, even more, when I opened my eyes to show they weren't their normal colors anymore. My eyes matched Dragas, they were violet. I was completely consumed by the images I was seeing. "Kiza?" I heard the Grand Woman's voice but it was fading.

~~~Akin POV~~~
"What's happening to her Grand Woman?" I asked kneeling beside Kiza as she looked up at the sky but she didn't look like she was here with us.
"It's possible she's looking through the eyes of another, perhaps a dragon can sense its Queen and is showing her something. Your sister now has that power, she's as strong as the King. Maybe stronger." I listened to her words and looked back at Kiza. Dragas seemed to be dazed as well since he stopped moving so he's just laying here with his eyes closed.
"Kiza, be safe wherever you are," I whispered to her, as we all watched her. Then something happened that made my blood run cold, my sister's soul ripping scream.
~~~Kiza POV~~~

When I opened my eyes it was like my mind was taken to another part of the world. I had to have been in the body of a dragon because that was the only way to make sense of what I was seeing. I was flying above the ground that appeared dead, looking around I saw that much of the land was burned. This had to have been done by a dragon, only dragon fire can burn the ground and trees till there's nothing left. I flew passed the trees going towards a large mountain, I felt something move on my back so I looked back to see a Rider on my back. He was talking to me but I couldn't hear him clearly. I just looked at him before looking ahead, I started seeing something was wrong with the mountain. It was covered in some other kind of color, I got closer to see the mountain was covered in blood. I saw the bodies of riders, dragons, and normal humans. What happened here? I asked myself as I flew over the mountain.

It happened so quickly that it jerked my whole body. I was forced from the dragon body and raced towards a cave in the mountain, rushing inside I now stood in front of some kind of temple. I looked at my hands to see they were human again, I looked around to find nothing. Then when I looked in front of me I saw it, something evil. It opened its mouth and breath it's crimson red fire at me, I screamed from feeling the flames roasting my body. I suddenly woke up with a jolt of fear. I screamed as I still felt the flames burning my body.

"Kiza!" Akin shout as he was right next to me, I sat up and looked around. "What is it? What did you see?" I tried controlling my breathing but it was like the air was running from me. Once I had relaxed a little, I looked at him.

"I...saw death." My words may everyone freeze. "I saw death and it's in the form of a monstrous dragon." Akin looked at the Grand Woman but even she was stunned with shock. "I have to go, Dragas please," I whispered holding out my hand to him. His eyes were now opened as he reached down and carefully picked me up. I slowly climbed onto the back of his neck, gripping his spikes Dragas started moving.

"Kiza!" I heard brother shout but I knew I had to get away.

"Please go Dragas." My body was becoming weaker, I could feel myself slipping away. Dragas didn't hastate, he spread his wings and pushed off the ground. I knew he was flying away from everyone in the village, he knew it was for the best. For them and me.

"Kiza, my friend. I'm taking you to the sea."
"Thank you Dragas my friend, I've never seen the sea."

We flew in silence, I last remember feeling tired and falling asleep on Dragas's back. When I woke up I could feel we weren't moving, I felt a light breeze and something that smelled strange to me. Slowly sitting up I saw what was strange to me, I saw blue.

"Is this the sea?" I asked him as I looked out to the blue water.

"Yes, this is the sea, my friend." I looked at him and smiled.

"Thank you, my friend." I slowly got off his back and touched something hot.

"That is called sand. Much of the places that connect with the sea has sand on its borders." Dragas knows so much, I smiled stepping out onto the sand. I started running towards the sea, laughing. I jumped and landed in the cold water. I started laughing and kicking the water everywhere, this was so much fun. I laid on the sand and stared up at the cloud filled sky. Dragas laid down beside me, he was so big that most of his body was still laying on the grass while the rest is on the sand. I smiled at him as he watched me.

"I'm happy that you're my dragon, I don't care about being Queen. I'm just happy that you are my dragon." I leaned against his body, I felt him lean down and hugged my body closer to him. We both fell asleep after that, letting the setting sun hover over our bodies and bring the darkness of the night.
