NASH'S POV:

I opened the door to see...

A pizza boy.

I scrunched my eyebrows in confusion. Who ordered pizza?

"Mom, Hayes did one of you order pizza." I shouted to them. I heard different shouts, but understood they didn't.

"Dude, I think you got the wrong house. We didn't order pizza." I said closing the door partially before he said, "No, This is 246 Greenwood Drive, right?

"Yeah..." I said trailing my word off.

"Are you Nash Grier?" He asked while shifting his feet uncomfortably.

"Yeah.." I said, in a confusing way.

"Well this is for you sir and it's already paid for." The pizza boy said and handed me the pizza.

I opened my mouth to say something, but he beat me to it. "Thank you! Will you rate my delivery from a scale of 1-10, im new." No wonder he looked uncomfortable earlier.

"Sure..um a 9.5." I said as he nodded his head in thanks before walking to his small car. I opened the pizza box lid to find a cheese pizza with two words written with M&M's.

"Im sorry."

I knew instantly who it was from. Did she really think a pizza would fix everything? I mean I loved food...But that's not the point. What she did was a terrible thing and I knew I was making a bad decision wanting revenge, but I had to. She needed to know how it felt.

EMILY'S POV:

I looked at the time. He should've gotten the pizza by now. I was going to try anything to get him to forgive me. Anything.

- A Week Later -

NASH'S POV:

I was interrupted from my thoughts by a loud clank. I must be hearing things, I thought to myself and laid back down.

This time I heard it again. I got up from my bed and walked towards the sound. I heard it again. It was coming from the window. I tip-toed to the window to see what was out there. I opened the heavy window and felt something hit my head.

"Ow!" I said and rubbed my forehead where it had hit me. I reached down and found a pebble. A pebble couldn't have flown all the way to my window.

I looked outside and saw a figure standing, looking for something. He or she came into the light and extended their arm. From the girl's long brown wavy hair, I knew it was Emily.

"Emily wait!!" I warned, but I was too late. I ducked as the pebble flew over my head and hit my lamp.

"Oh sorry. I was just trying to get your attention." She shouted from down below.

"What are you doing here?" I asked her.

"Can I talk to you." She asked looking up at me.

I pretended like I was thinking about it, but then shook my head.

"No." I replied.

"Please?" She asked and I saw pleading in her eyes.

"No." I said

"Please Nash? Just let me explain." She said and I thought it over in my head. Wouldn't hurt to hear an explanation, now would it?

"Fine. I'll come downstairs." I said sighing. I closed my bedroom door behind me gently. It was around 11'o clock at night and mom and skylynn were already asleep. Hayes was in his room watching tv and on his phone. It was a school night, and I was usually asleep by this time. But these days i was awake, thinking.
