As I landed I saw Elsa closing one of the doors from the courtyard opposite of the front door. I started running before I could tell myself to stop and think about what I was doing. I called on the winds again to carry me all the way to Elsa's bedroom, though I don't know where it is, but she could really hurt herself if she was like me; not that I was ever out of control. I could see her running through the tall windows surrounding the castle.
I followed her through different hallways and corridors and up a flight of stairs. She finally stopped at a door covered in little snowflakes. How did I not see this. I grinned at myself for about 30 seconds because right at that moment she whipped around and looked straight at me. She opened her door went in and closed it with a bang in record time.
I asked the winds to take me to her bedroom window. By the time I got there she was staring out her window. I guess she was looking for me.
"Who are you?" She scream through the glass.
"Please let me explain. If you'd just opened-" I started but she cut me off.
"No. I don't know who you are or how you are outside my bedroom window, but go away and stop following me, it's really creepy." She had a point I was hovering outside her window and I did follow her, but for a good reason. She was trying everything not to loose control. I was slightly taken back, she didn't freak out that I was hovering outside her bedroom window.
"Please I won't come in. I just don't want anyone to see me or for Anna or a maid to hear you screaming." She thought about it. Reluctantly she opened the window and I perched on the window seal. "Thank you." She gave me a hard look before turning her back and sitting down on her bed.
Elsa's room wasn't what I expected. It had a warm, cozy feeling. The walls were a light blue that connected with the wood flooring. I could see snowflakes painted delicately on the walls all around and on the ceiling. "You have a lovely room. Winter is my favorite season as well." I gave her a bright smile, but she just looked at the floor.
I couldn't tell if she was still mad. I leaned my back against the window. I knew if I upset her and she was like me she could very easily knock me out of her room with just the fllick of her wrist. "Who are you." She said in more then a whisper.
"Ever heard the line 'Jack Frost nipping at your nose?'" She just nodded and I continued. "I'm that Jack Frost." She snorted on the verge of laughter. She thought I was joking? Jack Frost doesn't joke about this. Jack Frost needs to stop saying Jack Frost.
"I don't believe you. How can you be him? I mean he's fictional, not real, made up for the little children so they will dress warmly in the winter. He's like Santa Claus or the Easter Bunny."
"They're real too, and never say 'the Easter bunny is not real' in front of the Easter Bunny. You, out of anyone, should believe this. Didn't you just see me hovering outside your room?" I didn't know what I could do to convince her if she didn't believe the whole hovering thing. then it hit me, I'm Jack Frost, I'll show her.
"No, you can't be. That was just a trick or something. A stupid teen trying to get a laugh." Denial was one of the many side effect of me telling them who I really was, but calling me a 'stupid teen' was cold. I'm not stupid nor a teen, technically.
"Let me show you." I took my hand out of my pocket and created a small snowflake in the middle of my palm. I threw the snowflake into the air and it burst into a small snowdrift. She looked at me with amazement in her eyes.
"H-how are you doing this. I thought only I could do this." She lifted her hands and then the small snowdrift turned in to a small blizzard. It was the most beautiful thing I'd ever seen. Our snowflakes danced together as they fell from the ceiling. She smiled and looked at me with her beautiful blue eyes. She really had queenly looks. She had her beautiful snow white hair like mine that made her blue eyes sparkle. Her lavender dress fit her in all the right places and she was tall and slender. I smiled back at her.
"Do you believe me now?" I asked.
"Yes." She said through fits of laughter. "Yes, I believe you."
