I stood right outside of Elsa's window. I knew that I shouldn't be there watching, but I still found myself there. She was on the floor crying which made my eyes tear up as well. She read my note more then once pacing back and forth. Anna knocked at some point in the night, but by that time she was already collapsed on the floor.
"Jack!" I turned to the source of the voice which happened to be that new kid Alex. He was on the ground staring up at me. Instinctively I bend my knees waiting for the impact of a solid platform, but I realize that I was already standing on something solid. I grabbed the ledge as if I was startled by his voice. "What are you doing up there?" He asked.
I mentally slap myself as I try to figure out a lie as to how I got up there. "I was just... um..."
"Watching Elsa while she doesn't know." He suggested.
"Uh.. Yeah, you could put it that way." I climbed down using the ledge and the wind, but mostly the wind. I hit the ground with a soft thud and jogged over to were Alex is standing. He looks at me with curiosity and a smile that says I know who you are, that scared the shit me. "What are you doing here?"
"I'm here for Anna."
"Here," I gestured around the back of the house, "in the back?"
"Yeah." He looked flustered which made me smile.
"What are you really doing here?" I asked. He didn't answer right away, but gave a slight step back.
"I'm here for the same reason you are." He waffled. I took a step closer making me a head taller then him, but he didn't cower back.
"And what reason is that?" I question further.
"Never mind. It's none of my business." My skin warmed as he patted me on the back, causing me to shiver, which never happens anymore. He left with a smile. I take one last look at Elsa's window before walking in the opposite direction.
I don't dare look back because I know if I do then I won't be able to leave. Calling on the winds to help, I take to the North pole in search of Santa, though I'm not so sure why.

Elsa
*Two Weeks Later*
It has been two weeks since Jack left. I'm still not sure what his note meant by I don't want you in the middle. I was mad at him, naturally, but at the end of the night I just felt empty. Anna noticed when I didn't acknowledge her in the hallway. She asked me later what was going on. She didn't noticed that Jack was gone.
"Hey wait up." I saw Alex running to catch up with me in the halls. It was after school and I was off to the small cafe down from the school to get an iced latte. Even though it wasn't summer and the snow was sticking still, the cold didn't bother me. "Elsa wait."
"What Alex?" I said. He flinched at the tone of my voice and I gave him a small smile saying 'hey I'm happy you cut into my thoughts.'
"I was wondering if you want to hang out." He was breathing heavily from the jog, but he wasn't doubled over which was a good sign.
"You mean right now?"
"Yeah. We can study or something." His eyes brightened as he talked about it.
"Uh, sure, but let me get my mid-day latte." He nodded understandingly and with out another word followed me out into the cold.
"Aren't you cold?" He asked about half way to the cafe.
"No." Was all I said, shutting him up. He didn't say anything more till we made it to the cafe. I ordered my iced caramel latte and met him at a table in the back. He had all of his homework spread out and when I joined him he moved his work creating a space for me.
He was in most of my classes so studying wasn't to hard. He was a quick study and got most of what the teachers said. Me on the hand couldn't focus. He helped me more then I helped him. All he needed help with was Arendalle history. Of course I knew all of Arendalle history being the queen and all.
When we were done I thanked him for hanging out with me even though we were mainly doing homework it was still the best time I've had in a while.
"Want to do it again? I'm free tomorrow if you want some more help." He suggested.
"I can't, I have to study with Kristoff and Anna." I lied.
"They can come too." He must really want to hang out.
"Sure I'll ask them."
"Great." with that he turned and left the cafe. He was practically running. I realized that I had to go and talk to Anna and Kristoff about the study thing.
As I walked home I thought of how I was going to tell them. A cold air rushed past me as I walked across the bridge to my house. I looked around hoping that it was Jack, but no such luck. My frown deepens. Right before I open the gates surrounding the courtyard, I feel a tingle on the back of my neck. I turned around just in time to see him.
"Elsa." Was all he said before flying off. leaving me alone again. For who knows how long.

I decided to put together both the last chapter and this one, so now it looks like only one. Well it kinda is only one. Well it's not short anymore. I'm having really bad writers block. If you have any suggestions to help I'm all ears. Thanks for the 1.5k reads, I'm so excited and I promise that this story will get better.
Who do you think the guy is??? It might be Jack or someone else??
