RWBY: Electric Rose

V2 The Dance

it's the night of the dance and Yang is standing behind a stand in a white dress with high heels. Ruby comes walking in with a red dress and also high heels.

Yang: ou you look beautiful!... what what are you doing hear? 

Ruby: what do you mean?

Yang scratches the back of her neck clearing her throat

Yang: well I thought you were staying at you know whos garage.

Ruby looks down to her dress smiling to it.

Ruby: he helped me pick it out. He even got him self a tuxedo to just for me. *looks at Yang* we had a little dance too. we had to stop dancing cause his arm started to hurt plus there's this dance to.

Yang smiles at Ruby and pulls her in to a hug, Ruby hugs her back.

Yang: I'm sorry he's not hear now.

Ruby: don't be he's closer then you think.

Yang pulls away from Ruby giving her a confused look, but nods when she sees Ruby pointing to her heart.

Little does Yang know that Devan is slowly climbing over the balcony rail in his new dark blue tuxedo with dark blue dress pants, black dress shoes.

Devans pov.

It's good to see Blake having a good time, I'm glad Yang talked to her... god my arms killing me, has been for some time now. seeing everyone having a good time makes me happy. well I mean the little dance me and Ruby had was nice too, it's good to see Beacon not fearing "The Beacons Demon. 

????: what are you doing here? 

Devan turns his head and sees Pyrrha standing behind him with her arms crossed. Devan turns around and leans agents the rail. 

Devan: Ruby asked me to at least show up so I did. the real question is what are you doing up hear? 

Devan folds his arms flinching a little. not enough for her to notes but enough for him to silently grunt in pain. 

Pyrrha: well I saw you and I heard what you said yesterday... we all did.

Pyrrha walks over to Devan and pulls him in to a hug. his eyes widen as he looks down slightly. 

Pyrrha: wear sorry that you have to go through this... and for being afraid of you. 

Devan: w-well you tell them... don't worry about it, we all make mistakes. 

Pyrrha lets go of Devan and gives him a small smile before walking away. a short time later Devan is looking at the Cross Continental Transmiton towner, he grips his right wrist in pain and looks away. the thought of even looking at it makes his arm hurt. 

he sees Ruby walk... or run and almost fall in to his arms. she looks up to him and hugs him tight.

Devan: I knew you fell for me but I didn't think literally. 

????: I see Ruby found you. 

Devan and Ruby see Ozpin looking at them. Ruby stands up as Ozpin walks over to them. 

Ozpin: it's good to know your feeling better Devan. 

Devan: your not gone kick me out? 

Ozpin chuckles and looks at Devan with a confused face.

Ozpin: unlike the school I don't see you as a threat

Devan: that's good. I'll do anything to spend time with Ruby.
