Chapter 6:Team Gessen's Test

Now that Hanzo was successful in earning Tenma's trust, will the other teams be able to follow through as well? As always I don't own Senran Kagura Marvelous does.
Yumi noticed a change in Tenma after his visit to the Hanzo dorm yesterday. He smiled a lot more and he started having full length conversations with the Hanzo girls. During training Tenma has even begun training Hibari separately from the rest of the class. When she asked Rin Sensei all she said was that Tenma has taken over Hibari's training for the time being. Yumi couldn't help but be jealous of her friends, they were able to get Tenma to trust them again and have him to themselves. Today would be her team's one chance to earn his trust, they must succeed.
Tenma made his way towards the Gessen dorm, after how well things went with the Hanzo team Tenma was hopeful that things will go well with the other teams. As the dorm came into view Tenma noticed something standing outside the dorm. It was three wolves two white ones and one black one.

(Big one is Daigoro, small white one is Kotaro and the black one is Kagero)
As Tenma stopped to look at the wolves the big one noticed him and started to growl, this got the attention of the other two. The three wolves began to circle Tenma growling and snapping their jaws at him as they started to close in on him. Before the big one could lung at him when all of a sudden a voice cut through the growling. "Daigoro,Kotaro,Kagero what do you think your doing!?" The deep masked voice of Murakumo yelled at the three wolves. Tenma looked at the masked girl slightly confused by the situation in front of him.
The three wolves sat in front of Murakumo with their heads hung low in both sadness and fear of disappointing they're master. "Bad girls! How could you just attack poor Tenma like that? He was just coming to visit me and the other girls!" Murakumo screamed at the wolves as they whimpered in fear at her angry tone. "Murakumo don't be so hard on them they were just protecting you and the others. After all none of them have ever met me before so it's only natural that they would attack me." Tenma said gentlyvas he approached the wolves and scratched each of the behind their ears as a way of saying no hard feelings. Daigoro pounced on Tenma and started licking his face happily. "Down Daigoro it's okay I forgive you!" Tenma said while laughing.
Murakumo smiled behind her mask as she watch her pets get along with the boy she loved. Although he could never love her back due to how ugly she is behind this mask. Tenma approached Murakumo and look her in the eyes. "How have been?" Tenma asked. "Fine." Murakumo responded. Tenma reaches out and removed Murakumo's mask. "D-don't look at me! I'm hideous!" Murakumo screamed as she tried to cover her face with her hands. "Mura I don't know who told you that you were hideous, but they are dead wrong." Tenma said as he leaned in and gave her a kiss on the forehead before putting her mask in her hands and heading inside. Murakumo stood there and blushed, Tenma thought she was pretty? Murakumo stood there in a daze.
Tenma entered the dorm only to be nearly knocked over by something flying into his chest. "Tenma! I'm so happy to see you!" Minori shouted as she trapped Tenma in a bone crushing hug. "Can't breathe Minori." Tenma chokes out. The tiny ball of energy released Tenma from her vice grip and smiled at him. Minori pulled out a box of pocky and put one in her mouth. "Here Tenma have one!" Minori said in a cheery voice. Tenma smirked before bending down and biting the tip of the pocky in Minori's mouth before breaking off half of it. "Thanks Minori! How did you know pocky was my favorite?" Tenma said as he took the box from her hand and walking off. Minori stood there red as a tomato from the how close Tenma was to her a few seconds ago.
                 Tenma put the pocky box in his jacket pocket as he continued to walk through the dorm. Suddenly he felt a pare of arms wrap around his waist; Tenma looked over his shoulder to see a familiar head of long blonde hair. "Hey cutie~" Shiki cooed as she continued to press her body against his back. Tenma knew that she was trying to get him excited, but two can play at this game. Gently Tenma placed his finger on her hip and sent a small shock through her body. Shiki squealed as she let go of Tenma; Tenma stood in front of her. "Nice try." Tenma said as he planted a kiss on her forehead and a pat on the head. "Sorry Shiki, but I'm not that easy!" Tenma said over his shoulder as he continued to make his way towards the living room of the dorm. Shiki watched him go with a blush and smile on her face.
          Yozakura was still not sure how to go about talking to Tenma; after all how does one talk to the person they love after they caused them so much pain? Yozakura looked up only to see Tenma standing across the room looking at her. Yozakura bent into a deep bow in her panic. "I-I'm sorry for how horribly I treated you!" Yozakura screamed in panic. Tenma made his way over to Yozakura slowly she was still bowing so she didn't see him walking towards her. "You can stop bowing now." Tenma said gently as he stood over the blue haired girl. Yozakura looked up to see Tenma standing in front of her. Tenma reaches out his hand towards her, Yozakura closed her eyes expecting pain.
Tenma gently placed his hand on Yozakura's cheek and angled her head so she would look at him. Yozakura opened her eyes slowly to find that Tenma was rubbing her cheek gently as he looked at her with worry written on his face. "Is your back okay? I did hit it pretty hard with my palms of rolling lightning." Tenma said with concern. Yozakura began to tear up at his words, why would he care about her wellbeing? She hurt him so much over the course of months and here he was worrying about her. "W-why are you worried about me? I-I hurt you for so long, I don't deserve your concern!" Yozakura wailed as she buried her face in Tenma's chest. Tenma wrapped his arm around her and stroke her head in order to calm her down. "It's okay it's behind us now, but right now I'm concerned with your injuries." Tenma said gently as he calmed Yozakura down.
After calming Yozakura down and checking her back Tenma made his way towards the team meeting room to check in on Yumi. Tenma would be lying if he said he wasn't worried about Yumi's condition, after all she took the full force of his discharge shield. Tenma looked down at his still bandaged hands, the Doctor told him it would be a while before the chemical burns healed so until then he would have to keep them covered.
After a minute or two of walking Tenma arrived at the meeting room door and let himself in.
There he was standing in front of her. Yumi couldn't believe Tenma was standing right in front of her with that beautiful smile of his. "Tenma I'm happy you could make it." Yumi said in her cold monotone voice. Tenma couldn't help but laugh at her seriousness. "You know you can drop the cold hearted warrior of justice act with me right?" Tenma asked in a joking tone Yumi tried and failed to stop her smile from spreading across her face. Tenma started walking towards Yumi and put a hand on her cheek. "Are you okay Yumi? My discharge shield didn't hurt you to badly did it?" Tenma asked voice full of concern. "I-I'm fine Tenma, but there is something I would like to talk to you about." Yumi said in a serious tone.  Tenma gave her his full attention. "First all I'm sorry and secondly could you please go easy on Hebijo and Crimson Squad on your visit. Ever since they turned over a new leaf and became good Shinobi they still feel like they have to prove themselves to us. Could you please put their minds at ease?" Yumi asked with concern for her friends. Tenma smiles and wrapped his arms around her pulling her into a hug. "Of course Yumi my anger towards all of you had disappeared after our battle." Tenma said as he stroked her hair causing her to blush.
         Tenma spent the next few hours getting closer to Gessen girls. After having dinner with them Tenma bid them fairwell as he headed home. "Two down, two to go." Tenma thought as he laid down and let sleep take him for the night. What does tomorrow hold for the Thunder Shinobi? Who knows.

So that's the Gessen girls are done. Now I learned that the Crimson Squad also went to Hebijo so I'm make sure to reference that in future chapters. Although they will still have separate dorms, just the same uniforms. Next time will Hebijo be able to make amends with Tenma and what issues are they facing?
